“Horrible customer service. I should have known better than to buy from these losers. The quality is good, but their customer service is non-existent, and they are still processing my expedited order I placed 22 days ago for a standard in stock item. I have placed 3 orders with them and this has happened every time. Don't deal with these losers. I think they have a fake address in Kansas and they're really in China, as they don't have a working USA phone number. The phone number on my receipt is a non-working number.
Buy from a legitimate US company that ships when promised. 3 out of 3 have been bad for me... BTW, the positive reviews are probably fake”
“On November 23rd, I made a purchase on Slickwraps.com. Order #3840402. After reading their FAQ, I noticed that they have stated that IN STOCK orders are typically shipped within 4 to 6 business days. Fine by me. This would be plenty of time to receive this Christmas present. I reached out five business days later to inquire abo a tracking number. December 2nd comes around and I receive an email showing I placed an order. (Yeah, I did place an order.... ON NOVEMBER 23rd!) Countless inquiries after this just go unanswered. They will send you their automated response saying their busy, short staffed, and will never reply. Finally after speaking to what may have been a human, they agree to add some points to my account so that I can make another purchase. I should have just asked for my money back at this point, but instead I was ignorant and gave them the benefit of the doubt. For some reason, the human was not able to just credit my account the difference and instead suggested that I submit another order. On December 2nd, I placed a second order (Order #3346813) for the SAME EXACT IN STOCK ITEMS! I've inquired about this order 3 separate times and continuously get the run around. SLICKWRAPS sure says that orders need to be canceled within a certain time frame, but they do not answer your inquiries within that time frame. HOW COULD YOU POSSIBLY CANCEL AN ORDER AS A CUSTOMER? You can't... Slickwraps shady business practices need to be brought to light. After doing some quick research, something I admit I should have done before making a purchase at Slickwraps, you'll find countless testimonies about their sales practices, finally shipping in stock items after 1 month, and never replying to users. Oh, and don't forget the FAKE reviews they have been caught leaving on hair products, the negative bashing of competitors, AND being banned from reddit for these shady tactics. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY BACK, THEY HAVE COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME AND RUINED A SURPRISE CHRISTMAS PRESENT.
There is no way I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Garbage. Nothing but garbage. My first order was cancelled due to some "technical difficulties", hence, they refunded me with store credits WITHOUT the SHIPPING COST. I argued with them and they kept sending me the same email: "We are not responsible for the shipping costs, as mentioned in our support page." Fine. I top-up the $6 myself. For the second purchase, I paid for $7.43 on top of the 84 SW points which they refunded me as store credits. However, this time, the item lost in transit, it went to Dubai and disappeared there. I emailed them and fought with them for more than 1 week, finally, they refunded 7 SW points and claimed that the 84 SW points spent will not be refunded. What the hell? It is horrible. This means I need to pay $84+6 for nothing. In return, is the 7 points. I am going to file a dispute with the bank later. Do not trust them!”
“10/25 12:27pm Ordered a warp for a phone I ordered.
24 minutes later I sent a request to their email address to cancel or change the order.
10/28 1:08pm I received an email from Brianna at Slickwraps confirming that I wanted to change my order.
10/29 9am I confirm the change and provide the correct phone information for the change.
11/4, 11/5, 11/8, 11/12 I send a request to confirm the change and get estimated shipping dates.
11/12 after no response from slickwraps, I informed my credit card company that I was disputing the charges.
11/12 Later that day I received an automated email letting me know my order had finally been shipped. I clicked on the link provided in the email and found out that the order had NOT been changed to the correct phone. I tried to reach out again later that day, and also on 11/13 and 11/14. No response.
On 11/15 the incorrect item was delivered to my home.
I have informed my credit card that the product I ordered was never shipped, and that I am disputing the charge.
I would not recommend this company to a friend or family member.”
