“I have had the same exact issues with slick wraps as everyone else! Ordered the skins, haven’t been able to get the item I paid for or a return email. It said COVID may delay shipping but USPS has no record of the item shipping at all and of course customer service hasn’t responded at all outside of the initial email the auto sends when you contact them. This company is a joke and I would highly recommend saving your money. I figured even with the bad reviews that 5$ was worth a shot to see if my experience was any better. Not even close! Slick wraps is a scam clearly. Glad I used a prepaid credit card! Always do this when ordering from a new small company.”

“First of all, the wraps Slickwraps makes are pretty nice. They have some great designs and they are easy to apply and remove. I've purchased at least 10 for various devices.
Where they fail horribly is customer service. There is NONE. It's why the Better Business Bureau has given them a "F" rating. Because of their non-existent customer service, I will never place another order from them.
I placed an order on April 4th and never received it. I sent customer service inquiries on April 23rd and May 1st which went unanswered. I finally contacted my credit card company and waited on hold for 45 minutes to file a claim. I noticed my order is still listed as "processing" in my order history.”
