It seems like a lot of others have similar issues. I ordered a skin for my macbook and it wasn't processed for about a month. After a few emails it was finally sent, arriving about 6 weeks from the initial order, BUT IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER! They sent the wrong color. After trying to contact them several times over a few weeks I finally am just giving up and posting poor ratings wherever I can.

It is ridiculous, don't buy it from here. They do not respond to emails and they accept orders without having the products nor knowing if they will have it at any time soon. Waste of time. If you are willing to wait +40 days for something that you can get in 2 days in other places (like bodyguards) then go ahead. Worst online purchase in my life.

I placed an order 6 weeks ago and paid for 1-2 day shipping. The item was never shipped, and slickwraps does not respond to multiple attempts to contact them. I disputed the charge on my American Express and it was refunded immediately... they must know this company is a fraud. buyer beware; do not order from slickwraps.

This is an absolute scam. I placed an order in February and it never shipped. After contacting them a billion times, they never provided any answers or explanations. At some point in early March, my order was marked as shipped but it never left their warehouse which was confirmed by USPS when I contacted them. So I sent a DM on Slickwraps’ Twitter help page saying I will dispute the charges... Any miraculously, they replied within minutes saying they will CANCEL MY ORDER. So basically, they will cancel an order that was marked “shipped”. Avoid this scam at all cost... and don’t get me started on the never ending sales and the fake bot reviews. I mean... wow. I never seen a company with such bad bad practices, it’s incredible!

"Dont purchase from Slickwrap - BestSkinsEver much better" Hi, I ordered a matte,”naked" skin for my MacBook Pro 16 on December 1, 2019. First issue: Slickwrap offered the option to purchase expedited shipping from FedEx, which I did, but the package was nonetheless shipped by USPS and got delivered to me on December 11, 2019. Second and most important issue: the skin was poorly packaged in a soft 8 1/2 x 11 plastic envelope with no carton or rigid backing, providing no protection whatsoever for its content. Of course, my skin arrived damaged with a a number of unrepairable kinks in the transparent skin itself as well as some dirt stuck on the sticky side of the skin due to the damage that occurred during shipping. It was impossible to remove this dirt or to repair the kinks in the skin. Since this is a transparent skin, kinks in it and dirt stuck to its sticky side ruin the whole raison d’être of this product. I contacted Slickwrap’s customer support and requested a replacement for the damaged skin. After more than a month of back and forth arguments, SlickWrap’s customer support finally agreed to replace my damaged product and to ship a new one soon thereafter. They never did. The SlickWrap skin I paid for, with expedited shipping, is completely useless and SlickWrap has yet to replace it, despite a promise to do so. I got fed up with this poor excuse of a company and purchased a matte, transparent skin for my MacBook Pro 16 from BestSkinsEver. Best skin I ever purchased. Great company to do business with compared to SlickWrap. As a result of this, I will avoid SlickWrap like The Plague and I do not recommand this company to anyone. Luc Marcil Lorraine, Quebec, Canada

I received this red carbon series wrap for my QC35 Bose headphones after about 3 weeks from ordering. Product was well packaged and appears to be of good quality. Included in the package was what I think is a cleaning cloth and what looks like 2 versions of the headphone outer cover wraps. What was not included was any type of instructions or guidelines. Not even a link to a web version of instructions. Even looking trough this website, I could not locate instructions. So, I tried installing as best as I could and I am really disappointed with the result. Maybe with some instructions I would recommend but as I received the product, I do not recommend this product for wrapping something as detailed as headphones at least.

I have been trying to reach them for 3 months about a missing order. I have tried on Facebook, Twitter, and probably a dozen emails. I have been trying to be patient and give them the benefit of the double, what with CODIV-19, and previously their haveibeenpwned mishap. I have been trying to be chill about all of it but this is just absolutely ridiculous. There is no way to reach anyone. They have auto-generated Zendesk "ticket received" responses when you email SOMETIMES, as well as an auto-reply for their Twitter customer support, but they never actually get back to you. However they certainly have SOMEONE there with the near-daily email promotions they push out. I can't believe I am having to write this. This would be such a non-issue, either resend or refund. I would have kept you guys highly rated and would have decked out all my current and future stuff with your product and have spread the word positively. Why do you do this? Why not take ANY action?

be careful w this shady company. all the good reviews r fake as fu*k. look at how short the reviews r and they all have the same pattern of writing. Hey, slickwrap, if you got time to write these sorry ass five star reviews, go work on my order. its been over 3 weeks n nothing. it still says processing w no reply from customer service. this company doesn't even have a phone no. to call. I'll be calling my bank to dispute this charge. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. you have been warned.

Web site says 4 to 6 days processing time for non-customized wraps and 6 to 8 days processing time for customized wraps. I ordered a non-customized clear wrap two weeks ago and it is still "processing". I have tried contacting them twice but they still have not responded. Absolutely no communication from them, no updates, and super slow processing. I will never order from them again. These skins are cut on a plotter which takes only a minute or two to cut and they couldn't manage to get my skin cut and shipped in the two weeks since ordering???

Written three e-mails to slickwraps regarding my order, no reponse... They charged the money from my card, but still not sent the item. I ordered 5. February 2020. Its still processing according to their website. Scam site, stay away..

Never responds to emails. Ordered over a month ago, dropped $48 and still have nothing but a tracking number that hasn't shipped. Never again!

This is by for the worse company I have done business with. Save your time and money, DO NOT buy from this company or whatever it is. They will take weeks to ship your sticker out, it literally a sticker that does not form to your phone. I would not take a free product from this place, I swear it a 1 guy operation from his basement.

Absolutely terrible service. It took almost 2 weeks to get my wrap and when I did it was very cheap. Emailed customer service to receive a rude response with no apology 2 weeks later. Lost my business!

My wrap actually CAME... but it is not the best fit for my 20 ultra. The color is nice and quality is really good I am just unimpressed with the fit! I was able to get in touch with customer service!
