Unfortunately, did not have a good experience. Slickwrap arrived in a flimsy, plastic envelope. It was bent and warped and would be undoubtedly unattractive on the computer. Even worse, the company does not respond to requests for a refund/replacement. They also do not have a published phone number on their website.

Unfortunately Slickwraps hasn't responded to repeated customer service emails, regarding: 1) an order I needed to cancel well within the parameters of their cancellation policy, and 2) an order I needed to return, well within the parameters of their return policy.

This is my third time purchasing from SlickWraps over the years but this will be my last time. The skin for my 16" MacBook Pro is not a good fitment. I've tried to contact customer support multiple times but no response.

First of all, the wraps Slickwraps makes are pretty nice. They have some great designs and they are easy to apply and remove. I've purchased at least 10 for various devices. Where they fail horribly is customer service. There is NONE. It's why the Better Business Bureau has given them a "F" rating. Because of their non-existent customer service, I will never place another order from them. I placed an order on April 4th and never received it. I sent customer service inquiries on April 23rd and May 1st which went unanswered. I finally contacted my credit card company and waited on hold for 45 minutes to file a claim. I noticed my order is still listed as "processing" in my order history.

Placed an order in May 19, 2020. As of June 26th I still have not received my items but they sure did charge my card immediately. I have had No response to emails. I would NOT recommend this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Placed order on June 8, 2020. Still not processed, not shipped, company has not responded to any of my emails. Have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. This company is garbage, do not send them money, unless you are charitable. They have the nerve, to send back an automated email to my order inquiry, which says "patience is a virtue". Well I've lost my patience and I want a full refund for their stickers, which I have not received, and now don't want at all. Do not order from this company!

Absolute garbage company. Took 2 months to ship with no one responding to emails. Only shipped after I contacted my credit card company for a charge back. If you ordered from them get a charge back and if you’re thinking about ordering from them, don’t.

Omg how crazy this experience is. Ive been waiting for 3 months now. This is worst than a free shipping company there online. Absolutely bad communication too. Ive expected much since this is from US and i paid for shipping!

Okay so I made an earlier review giving them one star. Their customer service is horrible, but I did end up getting what I ordered, about a month after ordering, and hearing nothing from customer service. I got a skin for my switch lite and it fits great, and looks great. 0/5 customer service 5/5 product quality

Been 3 months no reply from customer service. Made a order wife put in wrong address sent them the right address less then 5 minutes from making the order. Then a month passed they never got back to us and sent the skin to the wrong address even know we told them not to. The another month went by still no response ended up getting to wrong address and got sent back to them. Sent another message to customer service no response after the 3rd month. And haven't been refunded

This is not really for your device protection. Is a well marketed sticker, nothing else. I was expecting something like a nice skin I have used before from another companies. Take almost two weeks to sent my order, without letting me know what was going on. Installation problems (bubbles, no matter what I tried). Sent them an email, a response on May 3rd letting me know they were very busy and will answer in two or three days. Still waiting. Don't waste your money unless you just want to decorate your iPad with a sticker.

I have tried to contact them FOUR times now to rectify an issue with an order. They haven’t so much as responded once. They have sent me the wrong wrap, ignored me, and even took four weeks to send me the INCORRECT wrap. Awful customer service.

Do not use slickwraps. As you can see from most of these other reviews, they will take your money and you'll never receive what you ordered. I can't even get a refund. If your looking for a better company, I suggest using decalgirl

I have tried about 10 times to contact this company. Haven't heard back once. I tried leaving a review on their site but they won't put it up. I submitted a ticket within 1 hour of my order trying to change the color bit they didn't respond whatsoever. Very dissatisfied.
