“ I called to verify the order status and was informed it would ship on the day of my call, with an expected arrival by next Monday. This is a 4 business day delivery period, despite Daylight usually taking only 3. The order was dispatched 2 days later than promised and while it will arrive on Monday, it should have been delivered by today, Friday. The representative was aware of the delayed shipment. ”
