“Brilliant Service and Impeccable Installation We had an oil-to-gas conversion completed by TeamHeat, and the whole experience exceeded expectations in every way. From the initial enquiry right through to completion, communication was excellent. Paul took the time to walk us through what would be involved, set clear expectations, and stuck exactly to what was agreed. Everything felt well organised and professionally managed from day one. The installation itself is exceptionally tidy. The layout, pipework, and overall finish are spotless and clearly carried out with care and attention to detail. Nothing looks rushed or thrown together — it’s obvious the work has been done properly and with long-term reliability in mind. The work was carried out smoothly and efficiently, with very little disruption to the house. Each day the area was left clean and orderly, which we really appreciated. It made the whole process far less stressful than we expected. Since the conversion was completed, the new gas system has been working perfectly and has already made a noticeable difference to comfort and efficiency in the home. Everything was clearly explained on completion, and we felt confident using the system straight away. It’s not often you come across a company that delivers this level of quality and professionalism. Anyone considering an oil-to-gas conversion, boiler installation, or heating work in Northern Ireland would be well advised to use TeamHeat. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Oil-to-Gas Conversion – Highly Recommended We recently had an oil to gas conversion carried out by TeamHeat, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from start to finish. Paul explained everything clearly before the work began, talked us through our options, and delivered exactly what was promised. The workmanship is first-class — extremely tidy, neat, and professional, as you can see from the photos. Every pipe run is clean, well-finished, and properly thought through. The job was completed efficiently, safely, and to a very high standard. The house was left spotless at the end of each day, which really shows the pride taken in the work. The new gas system is working perfectly and has made a massive difference already. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. “I would just like to thank the Heat Team led by Paul Craig for their magnificent work in installing my gas boiler at the start of January 2026. My old boiler died just as the weather temperature dropped and Paul and his team worked tirelessly until I was sorted with a new boiler. At all times Paul's workmanship was exceptional, he kept me well informed about progress and timings and tidied up brilliantly when the work was completed. I would highly recommend the Heat Team and you should contact them when you need an excellent gas engineer. Thanks again Paul and your team for all your help, Mark.”

“Honestly, I've never had a company like this or a man like Paul Craig. I contacted Paul on Friday about a vulnerable, elderly lady whom I support as her heating was not working. He was able to visit on Friday and establish the lady needed a new boiler. Due to the vulnerability of the lady and selfless nature of Paul he offered to work his Sunday off to fit the new boiler for the lady to get her back up and running. He fitted this new boiler today with zero fuss, and he showed such kindness and compassion. If only more companies were like this one! Thank you Paul and Team Heat, you are a credit to the company and we need more people like you! Will definitely be recommending him to others and using them again!”

“Last night our heating and hot water failed.a warning came up informing me the water pressure was too low.i texted Paul this morning and he answered me very promptly.he explained what to do in a wattsapp and it took me less than five minutes to sort the boiler out.from the installation several months ago until today I have had no problems.and when I do help is at hand.well done Paul and team heat.i can't praise them high enough.thanks to all.”
