“Extremely expensive call out charge 150. For further minor job, cancelled at last minute x2. Very short 30minute notice period before finally arrived the third time. Total 9 days waiting with no water to sink. 150 additional charge for plug and small piece of tubing under sink. Very expensive. Would not recommend.”

“Very pricey, even by todays standards. £120 call out to tell me there was no plumbing leak, and rather than reseal the bath edge, they sent me a video of it. 2 weeks later asked for £350 to replace 2 taps. No thanks.”

“Not a good company for repairs. Charge £120 for an initial call out and youll never hear from them again to do the actual work. Very poor.”

“After a great experience last year 2019. 4 no shows for boiler servicing over August-September 2020 without even a courtesy text to say sorry cant make it we found this to be poor a experience.”
