“Busy Saturday early morning at Westfield Stratford. Not being in a mood for shopping however great smiley attitude and excellent knowledge-product specifications and suggestions made me stay and purchase an item which got my attention while passing by TM Lewin store. I must admit that I haven’t experienced for long a good, right product knowledge which adds to the product more value. Great job! Thank you Amani!”

“This afternoon i went to the Tm Lewin store at Springfields shopping centre and was served by a smashing chap called Daniel .He was polite so helpful really knew how to treat the customer it was a really pleasurable shopping experience for me as the shop is well stocked up ,some great deals on offer clean changing rooms and Daniel being so helpful .I llok forward to going back there soon to make some purchases.”

“What a fabulous experience today at TM lewin Bluewater. A young guy called Eddie have make both mine and my sons days so much easier. I was dithering about trying to match pocket square to a jacket when he came to my rescue. Helped sort pocket square tie and socks too. Even let me video him folding the pocket square. It’s been a breath of fresh air to encounter shall a wonderful member of staff. Thank you to both Eddie & TM lewin Bluewater.”

“They did not send any notification of my online order so after a week I emailed and got a response that the order had been lost at their delivery depot! Got refunded but was not happy with how it was dealt with. Have ordered many times before and this is the second time this has happened.”

“What has happened to TM Lewin? I’ve had a relationship with this company for over 30 years and my most recent experience has been appalling. I ordered five shirts, they arrived but some were of a different size, I contacted them straight away sent pictures as requested and asked if they could send me the right size, their answer NO. I pointed out that it was their mistake, still NO. At no point did they offer to send me what I had ordered, I could if I wished order more shirts and then go through their returns policy. This is NOT what any customer should experience, truly woeful, when I explained that my order was incorrect the customer service representative said “we sent you five double cuff twill shirts” as if the size doesn’t matter…. Incredible.”

“Quality has gone downhill. They have a new shirt supplier, I received 2 of the old and 2 of the new, the difference in quality is massive! The new shirts have a different collar style and thinner material, but most importantly the non-iron shirts aren't actually non-iron anymore and I had to buy a steamer just to get them to look respectable. I noticed that I only ever had to steam the new supplier ones despite drying them at the same time and in the same way as the old style ones.”
