“ Extremely poor customer service and business tactics. Legitimate luxury resellers always offer returns. If you order from certain sellers, VC will not refund your money. Also, many fakes are floating around on their site and quality control passes the items on. Customer service will give you so many different answers on things as well. Save yourself the unnecessary stress and avoid VC! ”
