“I was on a rather extensive bear hunt. I was looking for a particular retired jellycat. Having called countless stores, I called Richmond Waterstones. The really helpful lady didn't have it in stock but searched for all the stores that may have stock.
She led me to Tunbridge Wells. I called and spoke to Lucy, who went above and beyond to help.
Not only did she find the golden chalice, and make my daughters Christmas, but she arranged to have it posted to me, as it's not my local store. She couldn't have been more helpful.
