“Poor poor service no confirmation of order. No shipping date, called customer service long hold time. She said I will send a confirmation right out and got nothing. Tried canceling order they could not do that.”
“Ordered a couple very important and needed products. Didn't get a shipping confirmation for days. Tried to cancel the order but after several failed attempts to contact somebody there (they don't answer the phone, or their customer service chat) I finally got through to a supervisor and she said they could not guaranty cancellation! I already re-ordered and recived the products from Amazon. I will never do business with West Marine again ever ever everrrrrrrrr!”
