“The staff in the shop where very happy and pleased to assist without me feeling pounced on. They were obviously proud of their products which gave me confidence.”
“Lovely female friendly shop! No pressure to buy and was encouraged to browse and try on clothes! Free Refreshments were available in store. The clothes this summer have some lovely colours and designs!”
“I am a confirmed White Stuff addict, and always find their customer service excellent (if it wasn't I would have gone elsewhere years ago!) Beautiful and often unusual clothes that make you feel special when you wear them!”
“Online and instore customer service is excellent. Don't always like the new styles, and what I do like sells out too quickly, but usually find something that's a pleasure to wear. Sizing could be a bit more consistent.”
“If I could give White Stuff more than 5 stars I would. The clothes are lovely, fit perfectly and if I do have a problem and have to take something back then it is easy to do. I would highly recommend this shop. My only negative point is that I spent too much in their shops but that is my fault and not theres :)”
