“The White Stuff shop in Saffron Walden is quite new to our town. Recently I have been in twice, and had exceptional service from a young lady called Jemima. Nothing was too much trouble, she was very helpful in finding stock from out the back, recommending that I try what she was showing me (she was right in what she said!), and was a joy to deal with. She has exactly the right personality to deal with customers. Today I had to return an item, and, being a technophobe, patiently explained how I didn’t even have to produce a card for the transaction to happen. White Stuff is lucky to have her, and I shall definitely hope to be served by her again.”

The dress I brought was the Kara eco Vero jersey dress in grey/ multi .I am between a size 10 and 12 so brought a 10 and it had plenty of room to allow for when my stomach swells .It's very comfortable and I love the side pockets .”
“I was a little bit concerned after I red the reviews but all sorted. I made on order wich has been dellayed because it was out off stock but in one week they send it. Customer service great they answered in 24 hours. Only thing it would be nice if you are out of stock, you should emailthe customers that you try to send the goods in 3 weeks. The dresses very nice. “I am delighted with the two purchases I have made of dresses from White Stuff. I chose the Stripe Jersey Dress in rich navy and the Sea Lily Jersey dress in tomato red. They both have a flattering scooped neckline, short sleeves and handy pockets. I have never bought online before and took a chance, based on some of the positive reviews I read. The sizing was accurate. Customers had said the dresses come out big so I chose the small size and it was just right. I am a size 14 and 5' 2" and the length was perfect for me. The dress is not fitted but nevertheless flatters the figure. No zips or fastenings - it just pops over the head, making it very easy to wear. The online ordering process was straightforward and both dresses arrived very quickly. Delivery is free so that was another plus. What's more, I was pleased to be kept informed of the delivery all the steps of the way. I should point out I bought only one dress at first. Finding I was happy with it I then bought the same dress in another colour. I will certainly buy from White Stuff again. Thank you!”

“Following a trip to the White Stuff Outlet Store at Clarks village where I saw a lovely dress but alas not in my size, I visited the Exeter store looking for this purple dress. I had previously looked on the website but couldn't find it. A helpful staff member thought about it for a moment and said if you bare with me I think I know which dress it is, so went out of her way and found it online in the sale items which was from last summer. They had the dress in my size too, I was elated. A few days later when I received an email to inform me it was awaiting collection.
The staff member was so good I was really impressed and have now been into the store and purchased more items.
This Exeter Store should be an example to more stores as to what good customer service should be like. Congratulations.”
