“Excellent customer service from the outset. The showroom staff were helpful and the courtesy call after ordering was appreciated. Delivery was about 5 weeks after ordering and we were able to rearrange a time to suit us with just a 3 hour window which was great. Special thanks to the delivery staff who went above and beyond to get the sofa bed in through our narrow hallway!”
