“I was pleased to find a GB company, also run by a woman. I ordered two sofas one medium, one a love seat. Chose my preferred cushion filling and firmness etc. This was back in 2019, think I paid nearly 3K, I would have liked a bigger choice of legs. It was delivered within the time specified, wish now I could get extra fabric as I have a chair I would recover”

“I cannot fault the customer service from start to finish which was always polite and helpful. The sofa arrived within the expected time and the delivery team were great. The sofa appears to be well made and looks good in my lounge, but I would have preferred it slightly deeper for comfort. However, as the measurements were accurate, I take responsibility for this. Overall I would recommend Willow and Hall.”

“My sofa bed is a very comfortable bed”

“My contact with this company was fine, and my sofa bed was delivered within the time period they had promised. However the delivery was not as straightforward! I had ensured that the sofa would fit through my front door as it is a tight corner, but the delivery guys could not at first get it through this space. However after about 30 minutes and some thought they removed the protective plastic covering ( with agreement from me) so they could slide the sofa in. Once installed they then advised if I was moving out that I could unbolt one of the arms so it would slip out easily. My question was if they knew this why didn't they do that in the first place!?!”

“I am pleased with my new settee although there does appear to be a bit of a gap between the chaise cushion seat on the base which I find slightly unsightly. I am hoping it will soften up quite a lot. In terms of the service in store and from the delivery - second to none. Really excellent.”

“I bought a sofa bed in the sale but it got broken before delivery then the salesperson tried to get me to accept a cheaper version as a replacement. After some discussion her manager said that they would honour the original agreement. It was delivered well, the guys showed me how to set it up, and I am very happy with it. My guests have slept really well...”

“We have the small sofa bed. It appears to be well made and finished. Easy to open out into a bed, but sometimes a little awkward to convert back into a sofa, even with the instructions.”

“The product is fine but we were disappointed when the original 3 seater bed-settee ordered wouldn't go round the bend up the stairs. We had measured everything else but not been warned that this could be a problem so had to send it back and replace the order with a smaller two seater. We were told this happens quite often. However It fits the room fine and is comfortable. Be warned to measure all stair spaces that it will pass.”

“Sofa is lovely (I have the alderton chaise corner sofa with pull out bed), the people who delivered it were friendly and efficient. The sofa did take longer than anticipated to arrive and communication in the lead up was a bit sparse. There was also an issue with the assembly as one of the feet wasn't screwed in properly - but they have good aftercare and someone was sent to sort this out very quickly.”

“We ordered one of the sofa bed's through Willow and Hall due to the excellent design and appearance that didn't let it look or feel like a sofa bed. The service was first rate and they couldn't have been more helpful to ensure they got it into the house even though it meant a trip through the neighbour's garden to come through the rear of the property.”

“Iíve had my sofabed for one year and have used it about three times. It is very comfortable both as a bed and a sofa. It was delivered on time and I was shown how to open it out as a bed and fold it up after use. However even though I was shown and I follow the written instructions I have found it very difficult to close the bed, especially on my own. The last time I used it and had difficulty I have phoned the help desk and was told that an explanatory video would be emailed to me. I did not receive the video and in the end after a struggle managed to close the bed. For this reason I have given a 4 star rating”

“I placed an order with Willow & Hall online, the website was extremely easy to use and navigate. I then received a phone call from the customer services team who were very friendly & helpful and in fact found a typo in my address so luckily they called to check my details. I've now received my lovely sofa bed and couldn't be happier, i am so pleased with it and can't wait to have my guests stay. The only slight downfall was with the delivery service, they were running late so I ended up having to stay at home an extra 2 hours, so this is why I have awarded 4 stars.”

“I bought a sofa from willow and hall about 2 years ago so decided to treat myself to a footstool to go with it as always fancied one. I knew which fabric I wanted so just did it all online. Had my delivery day confirmed and time so took the morning off work to wait for it. Unfortunately the drivers got stuck in traffic and ended up being about an hour late which I found out when they arrived. They were perfectly nice and apologetic and i know traffic jams happen but my 4 stars is just because it would have been good if theyíd been able to give me a call. The footstool is gorgeous so apart from that all was good.”

“Lovely staff and beautiful velvet samples sent quickly ... but unfortunately the description of the fabric (stain resistant cotton velvet) does not match the composition (100% polyester).”
