“I made my order on line after finding many other companies do. It offer the same style sofa in the sofa bed ranges. As I required a sofa and sofa bed, Willow and hall ticked all my boxes. I received a phone call after I made the order, asking me if I wished a sample of the cover material, which I accepted and had a long talk about the products, sizes and quality, delivery etc.”

“The service at their showroom, by phone and online was very good for the buying process - but delivery date was delayed and I was not kept informed about this. For this reason I have only scored 4 stars. However, on day of delivery they came on time and I was contacted by the guys 10 minutes before arrival. They were very efficient and helpful (having to take the sofabed upstairs). Assembled it quickly and without fuss plus a gave a good demo of the sofabed action.”

“Unfortunately the original delivery date could not be met, hence four rather than five stars. However I was most impressed by the professionalism of the delivery team. They were both helpful and efficient. I am very pleased with the sofa bed which is beautifully made and very comfortable.”

“I found the experience of buying very good. The delivery was great and I am happy with the sofa. Thank you. However I now inundated with your Dvertising on sites, even when I book a physiotherapy appointment. This is annoying and making me less supportive.”

“Lovely sofa and delivered on time. Initial call back to ensure the order was as expected. Slight issue with the collection of my old sofa which willow and hall sorte on the day. Would recommend.”

“Love the sofa but installation on delivery was very poor. They insisted that the sofa would not go through the doorway even though I had ordered detachable arms. Stressed with the process, we said we would sort something out. 10 mins after they had left and we had taken off the arms, the sofa went through the door with no problems. My husband was then left to assemble the sofabed.”

“Staff generally very helpful with queries, but could have been a bit more proactive when we had a problem with the (very strong) chemical smell coming from the fabric. I was told to keep windows open to air the sofa but I had already done this for 2 weeks with very little difference being made. No one suggested placing vinegar in dishes in the room (in order to soak up the smell), I had to get this info off the internet. Delivery guys very nice, but commented that they probably wouldn't be able to get the sofa up the stairs to first floor (this after several attempts). My husband got in on the act to assist and succeeded!”

“Service very good. Regular updates and delivered on time. Would use this company again. Our sofa bed looks good and appears very good quality. My only tiny criticism is that the cushions that came with the sofa where far too big. My thoughts where that it would have been more practical to have smaller scatter cushions. Still happy with my purchase.”

“The ordering and delivery process was good, however we have yet to enjoy the settee fully and assess it's longer term reliability. That being of the mechanisms in the sofa bed and chaise section together with the fabric.”

“The service was very good. Pleased with the product but thought it could have been finished better. Some bits of the material hadn?t been stitched neatly and the arm protectors do not sit tightly on the arms.”

“We liked the relaxed but informed service in the Chiswick showroom. All our queries were answered and we were encouraged to take our time deciding. The delivery timetable was a week over optimistic but all in all a very good company to do business with.”

“Sent very detailed directions ( even coordintaes) and rang delivery people to inform them that our postcode would NOT bring them here. We had a freind travel here to meet them. They followed SATNAV and ended up away from our house in the village. Cannot understand HOW this happened.So points lost for service - sorry”

“Showroom advice was excellent. At the 4 week point no-one had contacted me about arrangements for delivery, (advertised as 4-5 weeks), so I called twice on consecutive days and despite assurances no-one phoned me back. I had to call again on the third day when someone did finally call me back. Delivery guys were lovely, assembling and advising on the sofa bed. It was just 2 phone calls that weren't returned that stopped me giving an excellent - an easy one to fix for future customers!”
