“Sofa is lovely (I have the alderton chaise corner sofa with pull out bed), the people who delivered it were friendly and efficient. The sofa did take longer than anticipated to arrive and communication in the lead up was a bit sparse. There was also an issue with the assembly as one of the feet wasn't screwed in properly - but they have good aftercare and someone was sent to sort this out very quickly.”

“Slight delay in delivery, hence four rather than five stars. However I was most impressed by the quality of the product and by the courtesy and efficiency of the delivery team.”

“The product is fine but we were disappointed when the original 3 seater bed-settee ordered wouldn't go round the bend up the stairs. We had measured everything else but not been warned that this could be a problem so had to send it back and replace the order with a smaller two seater. We were told this happens quite often. However It fits the room fine and is comfortable. Be warned to measure all stair spaces that it will pass.”

“We have the small sofa bed. It appears to be well made and finished. Easy to open out into a bed, but sometimes a little awkward to convert back into a sofa, even with the instructions.”

“When the original order arrived with some of the wrong size components they replaced the sofas quickly with a larger model. The sofa is high quality & I would happily recommend W&H”

“I liked the photograph of one of your sofas in the Saturday Guardian. Although the staff in the show room seemed very busy, they did advise and reassure me enough for me to buy the Foxham sofa bed after my second visit I have not yet tried out to sleep on it but hope that it will be alright. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery people were friendly and professional. All in all I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.”

“I took time to visit the showroom and to see the sofa's on display. I was after a sofabed and I wanted to see the construction and action of them before buying. The sales lady was lovely and gave us refreshments and our small dog was made welcome with dog biscuits! I ordered my new sofa and later wondered if I'd made a mistake in ordering the standard cushions and rang the inquiry number the next day to see if I could change them to the other softer type but they said I'd have to cancel my order and re order - now that was very disappointing as it was only to change the type of cushions and not to change the make or colour, apart from that I am very delighted with it and hopefully the cushions will soften over a couple of years!!!”

“A bit daft to have to put a star rating to start with as disappointingly the 3-seat sofa bed wouldn't go up the stairs so it is coming back. However the guys were really trying their best and I wouldn't in any way blame them. What should have happened though was when I ordered a 3 seater that the next question should have been what dimensions my stairs were in terms of turn and height to ceiling. That would have saved them a lot of effort and although I have no timing issues with this to worry about that might not be true of other customers. Please do think about asking for photos and dimensions as part of the package for this particular item.”

“Overall, very professional and courteous service. Delivery team arrived promptly as promised and were efficient and polite getting the sofas in place taking away all packaging, The selection process for the sofas was great and easy to do over the phone, with samples being dispatched in a timely manner.”

“There was a delay in the delivery due to traffic and we were promptly informed about it and given the choice of a delivery quite late in the evening or the following day. We chose the following day and the sofa was installed swiftly and efficiently and our old sofa was moved to an upstairs room.”

“The showroom experience was good. Sales staff were efficient and helpful despite it being a busy day. The product is good too. However, the 4 to 5 weeks delivery turned out to be 8 weeks which was disappointing.”
