The product is first class and the choice of material excellent. I was a bit confused when I visited the showroom about why I could not go away and think about which option to buy but I am very happy with the sofa.

We love the sofa. However communication was patchy and we had to chase a delivery date after five weeks had passed

Informative webpage which offered the promise of money back if not 100% happy with your purchase. This was a bit investment for a product we had not sat on so this was a reassuring aspect.

Very knowledgeable staff in your showroom in Chiswick. Aside from a small glitch with communications around the delivery date, our sofa bed was delivered before Christmas and assembled on site with no problems.

The whole experience from visiting the showroom, to the furniture being delivered was excellent and hassle free. All the staff we came into contact with were knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very pleasant.

Staff generally extremely helpful, especially your delivery team who were excellent. Having measured my old sofa I had hoped that this one would be as comfortable as the last as is the same depth. We are in a flat and the stairs have limited space so didn't want to get it here and find that it couldn't be installed. It is very good as a bed but less good as a sofa as not deep enough, you tend to perch on it rather than lounge on it. This is partly due to large cushions and fact that arms are shallow but should have tried it out before buying.

All the direct telephone contact I had with your company was excellent. However, The were problems with delivery which I feel you should be aware of. 1. When I received an e-mail informing me that my sofa was due in the warehouse, I went ahead and booked a delivery slot. However, the warehouse contacted me to say that it had not arrived and I had to wait another week for it's arrival there before booking it's delivery. 2. I ordered a sofa with removable arms because I knew there would be problems with access and because your website reassured me that the delivery men would know this and be able to remove and replace the arms accordingly. I confirmed this by phone. However, on arrival, they had had not been informed of this requirement and had never had to do it before. Indeed, it was fortunate that one of them happened to have a tool kit with them as they do not normally carry one with them. In fairness to them, they went out of their way to take the sofa back into their van (it was raining) unpack it all and do the necessary dismantling. They were most accommodating and cheerful though the delivery took about an hour and a half altogether. Evidently there had been some lack of communication somewhere along the line which you will no doubt want to put right.

delivery was ok however I had requested first delivery of the day and that did not happen. Fortunately I was able to arrange for someone to sleep over to accept delivery of the sofa bed

Initially refused to deliver on my preferred date. Then a week before they said they would be delivering on that date when I had made other arrangements that I had to undo! Then they were 3 hours late (crash on M4) and didn't call to tell me they would be late. I had to ring the distribution office. So I think you need to review your logistics arrangements.

Although it has I only been used twice I am very happy with the Appley sofa bed. It fits perfectly in my small spare room and my guests have found it comfortable. ( I use a mattress topper as well to add extra comfort). It is also very comfortable to sit on when in the upright position. My only complaint is that the bed is a little awkward to close up again after use even though I followed the instructions and was helped by my son. Hopefully I will get the hang of it. Overall I am very happy with it. Delivery was on time and the driver and assistant were helpful and efficient.

Showroom very poorly signed . Helpful staff when you get there, and we were kindly offered tea. They should sign it better. It wasn't just us, spoke to two couples outside who were totally lost! They could lose out on business if they don't!

A very nice customer service team, did have to do a bit of chasing and the wrong bed was supplied which was changed but on the whole good exsperanced

Asking questions and ordering the product was easy, but delivery was poor. After much chasing over quite a period of time, it was finally delivered with just 10 minutes notice by a lorry driver on his own - it's a good thing we were home, and fit enough to help him manhandle it into the house, as there was no way he could have shifted a 3-seater sofabed by himself!
