“Everything has now been delivered and looks as good as it did in the shop. Dropped one star because I had to chase to get updates on delivery dates rather than W&H keeping me informed.”

“The service at their showroom, by phone and online was very good for the buying process - but delivery date was delayed and I was not kept informed about this. For this reason I have only scored 4 stars. However, on day of delivery they came on time and I was contacted by the guys 10 minutes before arrival. They were very efficient and helpful (having to take the sofabed upstairs). Assembled it quickly and without fuss plus a gave a good demo of the sofabed action.”

“The service has been very good overall. There was a slight glitch when nobody got back to me on the Monday following my original Saturday call and I had to do a bit of chasing. However, once Karl took over all was resolved satisfactorily.”

“Excellent product, would certainly recommend Willow and Hall. The one thing that stops an excellent score is that the week of delivery as suggested when ordering was not achieved and we had to enquire as to the progress of the order ourselves rather than Customer Services contacting us.”

“Apart from the fact that it took longer that the anticipated 6 weeks to get our sofa bed delivered due to an issue with the material, everything else was good. Staff are very helpful and polite. We are very happy with the finished product and would use Willow and Hall again in the future.”

“Very helpful delivery men. On the day they let me know what time they were arriving and carried out set up efficiently and cleanly. Sofa looks stylish in the sitting room and sofa bed option easy to use. Staff contacted pre-order helpful and friendly. The only niggle was only getting less than one day's notice of delivery and a slight difference in information between showroom staff and delivery team”

“The customer service team from Willow and Hall were very good and helpful. There was very little communication from when I placed the order to when it was delivered (and took slightly longer than the 4-5 weeks initially stated) and I did start to worry so I had to chase it a couple of times.”

“Service very good. Regular updates and delivered on time. Would use this company again. Our sofa bed looks good and appears very good quality. My only tiny criticism is that the cushions that came with the sofa where far too big. My thoughts where that it would have been more practical to have smaller scatter cushions. Still happy with my purchase.”

“Overall I was very pleased with the service and the delivery team was exceptional. However, I was asked to call to confirm my delivery slot and despite calling and emailing to confirm the time they'd given me, they called again a few days later to ask me to confirm. Apart from that I was very happy with the service and product.”

“Ordering my sofa bed was very easy with Willow & Hall. I requested several fabric samples beforehand and found the website easy to follow. I did speak to an operative because I was concerned by the very short guarantee (1year!!), but I decided to go ahead with the purchase anyway. My room size requirements were very specific and only the one sofa bed ticked all the boxes.”
