“Very easy to order the sofa via their web site. I received a phone call to confirm the order and to explain the delivery procedure. Delivery notification was good and the sofa was unwrapped and installed by the delivery crew. The operation of the sofa bed mechanism was explained and demonstrated. Whilst the sofa looks good, it is very firm and not as comfortable as I had expected.”

“Everything great except delivery which was disappointing as delivery guys took covers off before putting in place and then dripped sweat over the new sofa! Also put feet on wrong way around so we had to tackle doing this ourselves with a very heavy sofa bed. So not the greatest of experiences deliver wise I'm afraid.”

“We think very highly of the company and it's people, but were quite let down by the delivery arrangements. Initially we were told one date, which didn't suit us, so we changed, but then that was changed by you and subsequently postponed again due to 'stitching issues'. Sadly it meant that we couldn't use it for some guests we had, despite having ordered it at least five weeks beforehand, for which we were assured that it would arrive in time.”

“Apart from the fact that it took longer that the anticipated 6 weeks to get our sofa bed delivered due to an issue with the material, everything else was good. Staff are very helpful and polite. We are very happy with the finished product and would use Willow and Hall again in the future.”

“Jury is still out at present. Sofabed sems to be well made and mattress is very good Seat cushions appear to slope forwards and lighter people feel as though they are slipping forwards. Spoke to W&H and they said this is normal and will settle over time.”

“When the original order arrived with some of the wrong size components they replaced the sofas quickly with a larger model. The sofa is high quality & I would happily recommend W&H”

“The service has been very good overall. There was a slight glitch when nobody got back to me on the Monday following my original Saturday call and I had to do a bit of chasing. However, once Karl took over all was resolved satisfactorily.”

“The service was good when ordering and organising the delivery. Only downside was the actual delivery? Drivers put out about taking upstairs and did not have shoe covers!!!! We don't wear outside shoes upstairs so don't expect guests to bring into our home what is on the soles of their shoes!!!!”

“Always excellent customer service from Willow and Hall, although I did have a call about a week after I placed my order, asking me about y order for something else. Clearly, there was a cross over of info.”
