“Quality of the product is excellent & the armchair bed operates well. The bed bows up when not being laid on but settles down once a body is on it. This makes it look rather odd when made up as a bed & not in use. Probably would not use them again as they do not deliver to the Isle of wight. Cost of haulier to deliver armchair bed to island was £42 and took an extra 6 days from delivery at hauliers depot to get it at home address. Delivery cost would be double for a sofa.”

“Lovely sofas - excellent quality and comfortable. My only complaint was that it took 6 weeks and not the 4 - 5 weeks advertised on the website which was a pain. I timed my order in accordance with the 4 - 5 week delivery expectation and then ended up with no sofas for a week longer than anticipated.”

“I am very happy with my sofa-bed, the fabric is true to the sample, the sofa is very comfortable and conversion to the bed is very simple. The installation team was very helpful and I would recommend the company”

“Unfortunately the original delivery date could not be met, hence four rather than five stars. However I was most impressed by the professionalism of the delivery team. They were both helpful and efficient. I am very pleased with the sofa bed which is beautifully made and very comfortable.”

“Lovely sofa and delivered on time. Initial call back to ensure the order was as expected. Slight issue with the collection of my old sofa which willow and hall sorte on the day. Would recommend.”

“I made my order on line after finding many other companies do. It offer the same style sofa in the sofa bed ranges. As I required a sofa and sofa bed, Willow and hall ticked all my boxes. I received a phone call after I made the order, asking me if I wished a sample of the cover material, which I accepted and had a long talk about the products, sizes and quality, delivery etc.”

“I am very pleased with my sofa bed, it looks great and is very comfortable. The delivery people were very helpful and friendly. However when I visited the showroom there was a mixture of staff, one woman (with the mum from Ayr) was extremely helpful telling me all about the different materials and checking out the mattresses but the lady just before that didn't even offer, just told me there were more sofas upstairs! I would have liked an email after delivery to check that I was happy with everything.”

“The service was satisfactory but there are a couple of things which would have made it better. 1) There was not an example of every style in the showroom, specifically, styles in which I was interested, so placing the order was a bit of an act of faith rather than try-before-you-buy. The sofas-style were fine when delivered. 2) There is a seam in the middle of the back of both sofas, which I did not expect. Neither of the sofas backs on to a wall, so the seam is very visible on entering the room.”
