“Absolutely perfect except for the post sales reaction to my complaint about the forward slope of the seats on our sofa bed - see below. We rather got the brush-off, when I rang about it, which was very disappointing, not least as we were told W & H had had previous similar complaints and because a simple design change would resolve the issue”

“the samples I requested came very quickly, the furniture was ready earlier than I had expected and the people who delivered it couldn't have been more helpful, so all in all a very pleasant experience.”

“Great service online and on the phone. Then the sofa just arrived however, with no prior warning, annoyingly on a day when I could have been in but wasn't, as I had not been contacted! So then I had to wait another week or so and then the delivery was within an hour of the expected time. The hugest guy brought in the sofa almost single-handedly and carried it up the stairs without a single scratch to my new paintwork - fantastic! The decorators were in awe! Thank you.”

“The product is very good but delivery let you down. The delivery people were very inflexible with the times they could offer which was quite a disruption to my schedule. I am sure people would happily pay more for weekend delivery.”

“You failed to communicate a change of contact telephone number for me to your couriers in Carlisle. Consequence they were unable to deliver and emailed me (Monday 22 December). Thankfully your couriers played a blinder and were able to deliver the following morning as I needed the furniture over the Festive Season - they deserve a great deal of credit for ensuring that I received the items prior to Christmas, they clearly mad a special effort to accommodate my request for a redelievery. Well done to them!!”

“The sofa bed was good quality at a reasonable price. We were never sure when we were going to get the delivery but it all worked well.”

“The pre delivery service was excellent. The sofa bed was delivered in good condition and although the delivery service was good, the operatives could have been a little more attentive in managing the sofa bed to the appointed room. They certainly cleared up behind them removing all packaging etc. A little more pleasantry would have made for an excellent service along with a correct demonstration of how to set up the bed and pack away. The product information was better than the staff.”
