“Tremendous service - fab website, fabric sample arrived even though I didnít ask for it so I could change my mind if I wanted to (I didnít!) and when it turned up I was so pleased with the look and quality. The best sofa bed Iíve seen with regards comfort and thickness of mattress. Would have been 5* but your logistics let you down and as this is the last touch with your customer it is one that is remembered. Sort this out and you will be perfect.”

“The product was excellent and we are very pleased with it. The communication from Willow and Hall was not great. We heard nothing from the date of order til we phoned a week before it was due. The sofa was not ready but that was only confirmed on the day of delivery. We had to make all the calls. We never received a call back. The delivery team were very friendly and helpful”

“Five stars for the sofa; two stars for the service. The five-star review for the sofa surely speaks for itself. My problem with the service stems from the failure to respond reasonably quickly to my two phone calls, seeking to ascertain a delivery date - when the order was already overdue. When the phone was answered, the employees appeared to have little knowledge of my order and had virtually no interpersonal skills. I should have given one star for service, but the delivery men were splendid!”

“The showroom experience was good. Sales staff were efficient and helpful despite it being a busy day. The product is good too. However, the 4 to 5 weeks delivery turned out to be 8 weeks which was disappointing.”

“The ordering process was painless and the order was delivered within the specified time. The company called to agree a delivery date. The delivery men placed the blanket box in the room and took away the wrappings. I wouldn't have ordered otherwise as I couldn't have taken the box upstairs on my own.”

“Great website with ample descriptions and lots of choices well displayed (the material and colour picker is very good); easy to order from. Could do better on post-sales communication: I spent £700 online and all I got was an email confirmation that was fairly vanilla - could have done with more reassurance that my order was important to them and clear statement of dates. When I phoned to for an update I was kinda brushed off. However, the furniture arrived sooner than expected, is very high quality, and I can have no complaints at all.”

“The service in the showroom was excellent, very patient and knowledgeable. The delivery was also very efficient. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that they got my phone number wrong. Despite me correcting it by phone and on line, the delivery men were still given the wrong number. This meant they could not contact me to give me a more precise arrival time.”
