“The sofa bed is as described. The 2 deliverymen were charming and were happy to demonstrate how the bed functions.”

“Excellent service, very good selection and a very easy way to choose a sofa bed. Care was taken to explain any potential problems. The only caveat is that we have found the mattress shorter than a conventional bed which wasn't pointed out to us. Also, on checking measurements”

“Prompt at sending out fabric samples in nice, neat package. Easy ordering by phone. Delivery time as stated when ordering. Good communication about delivery time, however the forecast was for snow on the day of delivery, yet delivery was still planned. This put the delivery drivers under undue pressure due to delays due to multiple accidents due to slippery roads, indeed Shrewsbury was grid locked for a while. The delivery was 21-2 hour?s late, but should have been postponed until better travelling conditions. A delay of a week would have still been within the delivery time ?window?. Regarding the sofabed, I am pleased with the quality of manufacture, the fabric and the comfort of the sofabed. I have had a problem folding the bed after it was slept in at Christmas, but eventually got it to click in and fold, maybe I have to push it upto a wall first.... I haven?t dared open it again yet! On the whole at the moment I would recommend Willow and Hall, indeed I have already!”

“We spent over 2 hours in the Chiswick showroom deciding on a model and then on a fabric and colour. It was a very busy Sunday, but two members of staff were helpful and attentive without being obtrusive. The first delivery date offered wasn't convenient, but we really wanted delivery before Christmas. We were told there was a risk it wouldn't happen, but the next date (before Xmas)was convenient and we accepted. The delivery happened when promised and went quickly and smoothly, although we were concerned that the delivery team were working VERY long (and potentially dangerous hours. That is the only reason for downgrading from 5 to 4 stars.”

“Although it has I only been used twice I am very happy with the Appley sofa bed. It fits perfectly in my small spare room and my guests have found it comfortable. ( I use a mattress topper as well to add extra comfort). It is also very comfortable to sit on when in the upright position. My only complaint is that the bed is a little awkward to close up again after use even though I followed the instructions and was helped by my son. Hopefully I will get the hang of it. Overall I am very happy with it. Delivery was on time and the driver and assistant were helpful and efficient.”

“Staff generally extremely helpful, especially your delivery team who were excellent. Having measured my old sofa I had hoped that this one would be as comfortable as the last as is the same depth. We are in a flat and the stairs have limited space so didn't want to get it here and find that it couldn't be installed. It is very good as a bed but less good as a sofa as not deep enough, you tend to perch on it rather than lounge on it. This is partly due to large cushions and fact that arms are shallow but should have tried it out before buying.”

“The ordering and delivery process was good, however we have yet to enjoy the settee fully and assess it's longer term reliability. That being of the mechanisms in the sofa bed and chaise section together with the fabric.”

“I bought a sofa bed in the sale but it got broken before delivery then the salesperson tried to get me to accept a cheaper version as a replacement. After some discussion her manager said that they would honour the original agreement. It was delivered well, the guys showed me how to set it up, and I am very happy with it. My guests have slept really well...”

“The initial meeting in London was a delight. The only snag in the whole process was that, although I then provided photographs and measurements of the access (which led to a change of order), somehow this did not transfer to your team being able to install the original sofa bed, so that we then had to wait for a different version with removable arms. On both occasions the installation team was excellent.”

“I am pleased with my new settee although there does appear to be a bit of a gap between the chaise cushion seat on the base which I find slightly unsightly. I am hoping it will soften up quite a lot. In terms of the service in store and from the delivery - second to none. Really excellent.”

“Good service from a sales assistant who took time to find out what we wanted and didn't pressure us to go down any particular route. Woud have liked to see hte exact model I chose in the show room as I was surprised by how much space the cushions took up on the finished item.”
