“I am very pleased with my sofa bed, it looks great and is very comfortable. The delivery people were very helpful and friendly. However when I visited the showroom there was a mixture of staff, one woman (with the mum from Ayr) was extremely helpful telling me all about the different materials and checking out the mattresses but the lady just before that didn't even offer, just told me there were more sofas upstairs! I would have liked an email after delivery to check that I was happy with everything.”

“The brochure, swatches and order process were excellent. However, the delivery service badly let you down. Not only has my blanket box not turned up but I think you should seriously review your delivery company. Very poor.”

“Excellent service, very good selection and a very easy way to choose a sofa bed. Care was taken to explain any potential problems. The only caveat is that we have found the mattress shorter than a conventional bed which wasn't pointed out to us. Also, on checking measurements”

“When I made an order they rang to check I had seem fabric samples before making my choice, they rang when delivery was going t be delayed. The men who brought the sofa were super - they arrived early in the morning and sat outside until they could see we were up. Explained the working of the sofa bed well.”

“The sofa was delivered as promised and the guys showed me how to set it up and put it away. It is beautifully made and my guests have slept really well on it. It also looks great! I had a few problems with the service though. I bought a sofa bed that was in the sale, but had a call to say that it had been broken when loading the van. I was then offered another and given a choice of colours to choose from. When I got home from work and checked on the website, I found that I was being offered a sofa of inferior quality to the one that I had bought. I rang the saleswoman in London the next day and she said that, as the sofa had been in the sale, it was okay to offer me a cheaper version as a replacement. I did not want a sofa that was 100% polyester. After some discussion, she spoke with her manager and got back to me to say that they would honour the deal and I could have the same kind of sofa that I had ordered. So I was happy with the outcome, but was surprised that I had to argue in order to get a like-for-like replacement.”

“Information on website excellent. Delivery of cloth samples excellent. Delivery arrangements for sofa bed excellent except for stain on one cushion. Communications excellent. Information re delivery charges underhand - "delivery to UK mainland free, apart from certain parts of Scotland". Should read "apart from Scotland other than EH and DG postcodes" . Even Glasgow with the largest population in Scotland incurs the delivery charge. Disingenuous and disappointing.”
