The design of products is good, the manufactured quality is good.the fabric choices are good but you could have a section of contemporary modern stylish pattern designs.for some people Although not my taste. The showroom is too small.not enougg different designs in stock The staff are polite and helpful but inefficient. I awaited 7 Days for the right quote. I would however buy again

Great product and good service. The £40.00 was paid to dispose of old sofa but was cancelled at last minute. The driver advised that money would be refunded. \The £40.00 has not yet been refunded.

Excellent sofa, and brilliant on-line order service, with follow-up. One star dropped as we went into the showroom in advance, and the people serving were very snooty.

There was a delay in the delivery due to traffic and we were promptly informed about it and given the choice of a delivery quite late in the evening or the following day. We chose the following day and the sofa was installed swiftly and efficiently and our old sofa was moved to an upstairs room.

Overall I was very pleased with the service and the delivery team was exceptional. However, I was asked to call to confirm my delivery slot and despite calling and emailing to confirm the time they'd given me, they called again a few days later to ask me to confirm. Apart from that I was very happy with the service and product.

Thought them very efficient and helpful - we haven't bought anything such as a sofa or bed etc online before and felt there was always that element of something not being as we wished.

Bought via the web-site which was easy to navigate. Delivery was as advised and explanation of the workings of the sofa bed clear. Nothing to object to.

Slight misunderstanding as to how long chair took to make. Delivery very efficient with good contact with delivery people. Chair is very comfortable and we are very happy with it.

Happy with the sofa bed but not particularly impressed with delivery service. They were running 3 hours late, without informing me and managed to damage the front door. Not helpful in trying out the emchanism

Customer services were contacted because the product did not entirely match comfort expectations. While the situation was resolved in a reasonable manner, I would have preferred that the replacement upgrade cushions had been provided for the initial price difference (£75) rather than the £215 charged. Nonetheless as the cushions may been bought in components, rather than actually manufactured in the company?s factory in Wiltshire, this may have been an extra cost beyond control of the company.

Personal and efficient apart from delivery. Only reason its is not 5* is that the communication to the delivery team was not good and it meant they tried to delivery even though we had warned them in advance we could not accept the delivery at that time.
