“Product very good. Delivery was good however would have liked to have firm date decided much earlier as needed to plan ahead on a number of other deliveries and wanted them all for the same day - limited time off... That needs to be looked at.”

“Excellent product, would certainly recommend Willow and Hall. The one thing that stops an excellent score is that the week of delivery as suggested when ordering was not achieved and we had to enquire as to the progress of the order ourselves rather than Customer Services contacting us.”

“Delivery men exellelent very impressed. Only firm to take away rubbish! Having had several deliveries lately it was a joy. However not so impressed with phone contact when we realized we had not been left arm chair caps that were ordered. Asked for return calls to let us know when we would recieve items not been advised yet, paid a lot of money would like to be updated. Sharn in the show room was very helpful and did an amazing job of helping us choose. Thankyou”

“Quality of the product is excellent & the armchair bed operates well. The bed bows up when not being laid on but settles down once a body is on it. This makes it look rather odd when made up as a bed & not in use. Probably would not use them again as they do not deliver to the Isle of wight. Cost of haulier to deliver armchair bed to island was £42 and took an extra 6 days from delivery at hauliers depot to get it at home address. Delivery cost would be double for a sofa.”

“We spent over 2 hours in the Chiswick showroom deciding on a model and then on a fabric and colour. It was a very busy Sunday, but two members of staff were helpful and attentive without being obtrusive. The first delivery date offered wasn't convenient, but we really wanted delivery before Christmas. We were told there was a risk it wouldn't happen, but the next date (before Xmas)was convenient and we accepted. The delivery happened when promised and went quickly and smoothly, although we were concerned that the delivery team were working VERY long (and potentially dangerous hours. That is the only reason for downgrading from 5 to 4 stars.”
