Ordering my sofa bed was very easy with Willow & Hall. I requested several fabric samples beforehand and found the website easy to follow. I did speak to an operative because I was concerned by the very short guarantee (1year!!), but I decided to go ahead with the purchase anyway. My room size requirements were very specific and only the one sofa bed ticked all the boxes.

From start to finish good service. Only query my husband had was money was taken from his account several weeks before sofa delivered??

The customer service team from Willow and Hall were very good and helpful. There was very little communication from when I placed the order to when it was delivered (and took slightly longer than the 4-5 weeks initially stated) and I did start to worry so I had to chase it a couple of times.

I am very happy with my sofa-bed, the fabric is true to the sample, the sofa is very comfortable and conversion to the bed is very simple. The installation team was very helpful and I would recommend the company

Good quality service. Showroom gave a number of options of style and fabrics to help us select Advised a delivery time of 5 to 6 weeks but arrived within 14 days

We received a couple of calls in error about arranging delivery of sofa just after ordering so a communication problem only. All turned out good as we received sofa when we were expecting.

Deliver guys were excellent and the sofas are fine but the ordering process was poor. First I didn't get to enter the discount code W&H had sent me because the website didn't ask for it. I immediately emailed to explain that I must have missed it and ask for the 10% to be refunded. They replied to say I couldn't have a discount on an order I'd already made so I then had to phone them. The woman I spoke to (also the one who'd replied to my email) said I hadn't missed the discount box I'd just gone straight to checkout instead of via the basket where the discount would have been applied - but she still couldn't give me the discount. I said that was pretty poor so she agreed to talk to her manager - but quickly brushed that aside and went on to talk about the delivery (by now I was on the verge of cancelling the order). I didn't hear from anyone again, but I did get the refund. Not a massive issue but could have been handled so I much better. I haven't bought new sofas for 15 years and it took me a year to find the perfect ones, so that put a bit of a downer on the excitement of finally ordering them.

There wasn't consistency in what I was told from different customer service representatives and then I was hardly given any notice or choice in terms of when sofa arrived. It took longer to arrive than I was originally led to believe. It would have been better to have one point of contact - not 3-4!

The initial meeting in London was a delight. The only snag in the whole process was that, although I then provided photographs and measurements of the access (which led to a change of order), somehow this did not transfer to your team being able to install the original sofa bed, so that we then had to wait for a different version with removable arms. On both occasions the installation team was excellent.

A bit daft to have to put a star rating to start with as disappointingly the 3-seat sofa bed wouldn't go up the stairs so it is coming back. However the guys were really trying their best and I wouldn't in any way blame them. What should have happened though was when I ordered a 3 seater that the next question should have been what dimensions my stairs were in terms of turn and height to ceiling. That would have saved them a lot of effort and although I have no timing issues with this to worry about that might not be true of other customers. Please do think about asking for photos and dimensions as part of the package for this particular item.

Sofa bed is good quality , as a sofa bed. But disappointed with leather effect and n8t comfy to sit on as a sofa. ....sorry! Service was good and efficient. Delivery men very helpful and on time.
