I liked the photograph of one of your sofas in the Saturday Guardian. Although the staff in the show room seemed very busy, they did advise and reassure me enough for me to buy the Foxham sofa bed after my second visit I have not yet tried out to sleep on it but hope that it will be alright. The delivery went smoothly and the delivery people were friendly and professional. All in all I am a satisfied customer. Thank you.

Enjoyed going to the show room and the staff there. Wasn't too pleased to have to order the sofa over the phone on a premium rate number.

good brochure . Not enough samples allowed to be sent . I had to get my daughter to sign up so we could get an extra batch of patterns

Prompt at sending out fabric samples in nice, neat package. Easy ordering by phone. Delivery time as stated when ordering. Good communication about delivery time, however the forecast was for snow on the day of delivery, yet delivery was still planned. This put the delivery drivers under undue pressure due to delays due to multiple accidents due to slippery roads, indeed Shrewsbury was grid locked for a while. The delivery was 21-2 hour?s late, but should have been postponed until better travelling conditions. A delay of a week would have still been within the delivery time ?window?. Regarding the sofabed, I am pleased with the quality of manufacture, the fabric and the comfort of the sofabed. I have had a problem folding the bed after it was slept in at Christmas, but eventually got it to click in and fold, maybe I have to push it upto a wall first.... I haven?t dared open it again yet! On the whole at the moment I would recommend Willow and Hall, indeed I have already!

When telephoning the wait was too long for the response., that is the pickup of the call. This happened more than once. The delivery of the samples requested was very prompt which was excellent. I liked that you could order many samples to help with the decision.

I took time to visit the showroom and to see the sofa's on display. I was after a sofabed and I wanted to see the construction and action of them before buying. The sales lady was lovely and gave us refreshments and our small dog was made welcome with dog biscuits! I ordered my new sofa and later wondered if I'd made a mistake in ordering the standard cushions and rang the inquiry number the next day to see if I could change them to the other softer type but they said I'd have to cancel my order and re order - now that was very disappointing as it was only to change the type of cushions and not to change the make or colour, apart from that I am very delighted with it and hopefully the cushions will soften over a couple of years!!!

Finding the courier almost impossible to pin down and have still not received my footstool. So looking forward to next week when they might be able to come.

Slightly shaky start with ordering initially but the bed arrived in good time. I realised once it was delivered that I had ordered the wrong colour fabric so the bed was easily returned & refunded without any quibbles & a new bed was ordered which arrived even sooner and is perfect.

Delivery service was superb. The sofabed was taken upstairs and set up fully with a short traing session and advice. Our buying experience was OK until the first sofabed we ordered was doubke booked! So overall it took a bit longer and cost a bit more.

Overall I would say the service was very good. It was a straight-forward ordering process and the sofa was ready on time. My only minor complaint was that I wasn't notified when the sofa had been completed and then when I rang on the four week mark after I'd ordered the sofa they seemed to think I already knew when it was going to be delivered, as did the delivery company who said something like, "Yep! So we're still good to delivery on Tuesday!" even though no one had ever contacted me to tell me that was the planned date. It makes me a little concerned that if I hadn't rung the delivery guys would have turned up to a flat with no one home! I think just in future it would be really helpful for Willow and Hall to contact the customer when the sofa is finished being made and then refer us to the delivery service? Maybe that's usual practice and I fell through the net this time? But overall it was timely and friendly and that's a small complaint.
