“Altough ordered by telephone the address was not taken correctly and required another call to put it right.”

“Service and communication were good. Lead time of 3 weeks was assured. We were told after purchase that lead time would now be 6 weeks. If we had known this sooner it would have been better. A phone call informing us would have been better than an email. Some form on discount for the wait would also have been appropriate. The deliverers were fantastic.”

“I heard nothing at all after my order was placed and I received a sample fabric, until I had a phone call several weeks later saying the delivery would take place on a Saturday between 7 and 9. I have recently come out of hospital suffering from a heart problem, so the early start was to say the least of it, extremely unwelcome! I had to get up extremely early to be ready and the van actually arrived before 7, though I saw it waiting outside till the dot of 7. I suppose I should be grateful to have the chairs delivered but I wasn't given a choice about the time or the day. This is not brilliant customer service.”

“Good service from a sales assistant who took time to find out what we wanted and didn't pressure us to go down any particular route. Woud have liked to see hte exact model I chose in the show room as I was surprised by how much space the cushions took up on the finished item.”

“We were promised in writing sofa delivery on 19 December and this was rescheduled for 23 December which added to the pre-Christmas rush. Alex replied courteously and in a timely manner to all my emails.”

“Everything throughout ordering and delivery of our sofa bed was excellent until delivery man managed to step on the one piece of new carpet not covered by a drop sheet, leaving a very large footprint on the carpet and new curtain next to it. This was despite asking him to take his shoes off beforehand which he did not do!”
