“Willow and Hall have been so very helpful in accommodating us while we wait for a new build apartment to be ready. We kept in touch with them to let them know our move date has been moved back twice and they have managed to put making the sofa on hold until we need it to be ready. The customer service has been brilliant and has meant we haven't had to have paid any extra fees for holding the sofa. Can't wait to try out the sofa now!”

“Enjoyable visit to showroom. Lady spent considerable time giving us helpful advice on models and materials. Follow up phone calls were dealt with efficiently. Polite delivery man took shoes off on entering.”

“Paid extra for removable arms but wasnt needed Delivery company didnt show us though how to remove arms thiugh They managed to squeeze sofa bed through door frames with packaging removed Apart from that your goods seem excellent so far”
