“We looked many, many places for a sofa bed that not only looked great but was comfortable to lounge on and great to sleep on. Weirdly, with the plethora of sofa beds on the market, this is a challenging thing to achieve. After visiting many showrooms, we found Willow and Hall. From two trips to the showroom, to the delivery of the sofa, we had a great experience. The ability to see the different models, open the beds, lay on them, change the cushions, and choose specific fabrics to drape over them was invaluable in helping choose the right sofa bed for us. Showroom and office staff were super helpful, patient and attentive throughout the process. We ordered an Elmley 3 seater sofa bed with a memory foam mattress and it is gorgeous both visually and comfort wise. The only thing that would have made the process better is the ability to purchase with interest free finance as the made to order sofas are more expensive than some competitors who offer this option. We almost went with another company because of this. (Seriously, W & H should consider making this available). Very glad we didnít in the end however - we and our guests love our sofa bed. Willow and Hall definitely produce a top quality, superior product with more available options and excellent craftsmanship. I highly recommend them!”

“Purchase went smoothly from initial visit to showroom all the way to delivery and demonstration of sofabed workings in our home. pleasant, professional and helpful staff all the way. What might have been a stressful experience was a pleasant purchasing project.”

“I would both recommend and buy from Willow and Hall again. Excellent (sadly now hard to find) customer service. Polite, friendly, helpful and efficient from the order placed over the phone right through to the delivery along with the demonstration of how to adapt the sofa to a bed. Hugely impressed.”

“Excellent customer service. Staff are helpful an courteous on the phone, and delivery guys friendly and helpful. We had to send our first sofa-bed back as we'd miscalculated and the delivery guys couldn't get the sofa bed up the stairs. No problem, they took the sofa back with no quibbles (or charges) and we ordered a replacement with removable arms for easier access. We're really pleased with it. Highly recommended - not the cheapest on the market, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality (we ordered a three-seater sofa bed), choice (you can customise pretty much everything from cushions to mattress to fabric), and customer service.”

“Our visit to the London showroom was outstanding. Our assistant patiently guided us through all aspects of choosing the best sofa bed for us which was not easy, as our heights are quite different. It seemed effortless ! The delivery was in the sixth week as promised, and the final fitting at home was extremely professionally executed. Well done Willow and Hall, ...and thank you !
