I have ordered products form Yesstyle and it never arrived. I have contacted the seller multiple times and they said I should be patient, that they will deliver. Now I sent them another email to return the money or resend me the products, but they claim is too late now. They write is not their problem anymore since too long time has passed. This is an scam! You will lose money.

Ordered a total of 5 Purito Daily Go To Sunscreens, and they were all either fake or defective. Didn't know it at the time because I had nothing to compare them to. When I went to Korea and bought the real Purito sunscreen from there, that's when I discovered that the ones I received from YesStyle were completely different! All 5 were yellow in color and really runny and oily. The credible one I got in Korea was white and thicker in consistency. They also refused to reimburse me for the defective items because it was past the 14 day return policy. I kept telling them it was because I had nothing to compare the sunscreens to and just thought they came like that originally. Definitely not buying anything from these guys ever again. Cannot be trusted.

I get scammed by them. My CC has been charged and I never received my order. Only chatbot. Very upsetting. I wish I knew it before I ordered. When I checked my order status is processing and the chatbot said that they couldn't verify my order number. BUNCH OF THIEVES, SCUM....

My order status is "unverified" but they have already charged. I can't contact with them. Because they send bot answer e-mail every time

On my second order, they did not include the promotional item, even though I paid for the qualifying item and it was listed on the invoice. After several days of emails, which included the suggestions of "try looking in the box again" and "did the package have a hole in it", they finally told me to buy from them again and maybe they would send it next time. So I emailed legal and requested my account be deleted, got a similar run around, and now months later I'm still getting random emails from them but they claim that "deletion can take several months". It's been several months already, no deletion so far but still random emails.

I placed my order on 26.07 and till today 17.09 i am still waiting! I will NEVER order from this site again!

Scum. This review is long, if you don't want to - don't read it. The MAIN INFORMATION you need to know: shopping with them will be bad and upsetting experience. There is a tone of another shopping web sites and you'll be much better off and safe buying via Amazon anyway. "YesStyle" Customer service non existent, you need to write to them same things over and over again, they products - especially clothes are VERY cheap looking, poorly maid (even for the price) and not fitting to anyone higher 160 cm - it's about my first experience with them. I returned everything. But they do not give you your money back - you need to know that - only store credit. So on the store credit I've ordered cosmetic products.Plus I paid 150 $ extra for Korean skincare and make up ( that was my mistake) Then they finally shipped my order- 10 days after the shipment I 've received an email " Delivery by Courier was not successful". All of that time I was sick and stayed home - there was no delivery attempted what so ever. Ta dam. The email also said I'm the one who need to contact the courier within 5 days or they not responsible. I went to tracking page of my order and can you imagine my surprise - the last info was more then a week old and said: 4 "Liquids (Leaking) - Emailed HKG for further instructions" Status of the parcel - IN TRANSIT. So they actually knew what's happening and try to spin it on their client lying about non existing delivery attempt because the parcel was damaged. I wrote to them saying all of that and also - I don't know whom I need to contact to - because their logistic partner doesn't have any office in my country. As a respond they send me THE same link to the tracking page of the same logistic company, which clearly states: "Liquids (Leaking) - Emailed HKG for further instructions" At this point I'm intending to sue this company.
