“My husband loves the extra large Liquid Soul sweater I chose for a gift. I ordered a couple of sizes to get the sizing correct and returned the sizes that did not fit. The process was seamless and easy.”

“expensive threads from China. A few items are exceptional, but some aren't even worth trying on and most will turn frumpy after the first wear or shrink after the first wash. Their return policy is exceptional however, so the downside is mitigated.”

“I really like the shirts you sell . However, I purchased two shirts last order and only got one . No communication,, no updates ,, it's like a guessing game . Not good business in my opinion. If I am spending 160 dollars for a shirt I would like to receive my purchase or at least be informed to reorder or any information would be nice .”

“I returned my ENTIRE purchase worth approximately $400! Your shirts continue to be TOO LONG!!! Most men wear shirts untucked, and the dang shirts go down to the middle of my butt! They looked ridiculous! And it's not just the shirts anymore, the last sweater I bought went past my butt! I returned that as well! I have complained about this before, but you obviously don't care for my business. I'm sure I'm not the only XL man who has been upset with the lengths. I simply won't even open the catalog anymore!”

“I always tried to look nice, but when I found "Thirty-two Bar Blues" at the age of 66, I became a clothes horse—so many beautifully styled shirts with unique stitching and colors. I especially like the blending of colors, the simplicity of some, and the incredible way they were also so different from anything I'd seen. I bought several colors of canvas and light leather loafers, and for someone I knew from high school who plays in a blues band, a canvas weave hat that he just kept saying, 'It's a, it's a, I don't know if it was the style or the maker.' Still, he was one proud man. One thing you should understand is how to iron those with buttons and a particular type of pocket. I've purchased so many that when new styles come out, I'm having to do without. They need to buy back second-hand items so the customer can continue buying new ones. JMC”

“32BB clothes wear out quickly and the prices are way too high. I have a long-sleeve t-shirt which has fallen apart. By contrast, Carbon 2Cobalt clothes are less expensive and the prices are lower. Its too bad because I do like many of your styles but I have stopped purchasing from 32BB. Sincerely, ~JF”

“32 Bar Blues is a new company to me and ordering on-line is always kind of a leap of faith the first time. I've purchased three of their button down shirts and returned one. My first order, I had no idea of the size, so I bought one medium and one large. The medium fit perfectly so we returned the large. The company is wonderful to deal with, so a couple weeks later I bought another medium shirt. The shirts are beautiful and well made. I will be buying more. I have another shirt in my cart as well as a bracelet and I'll probably buy a sweater in the fall. I like this company's commitment to the arts. I'm 5'-10," 179 lbs. and medium fits me perfectly.”

“Shirt has an acrid chemical smell that is noticeably apparent while wearing and in closet storage surroundings. FrontButton hole finish sewing inconsistently stitched ragged on couple.”
