“Love the shirts! Total lack of ANY kind of customer service. Paid extra for expedited shipping so I could get vest and shirt for a wedding. Vest came, but not the shirt. Paid $30 for shipping that was worthless. And there is NOBODY to talk with! I'll never buy anything from 32 Bar Bues again”

“I have bought some shirts pants and T-shirts from this Company and I can highly recommend their products except the T-shirts. A particular example is the purple T-shirt with trumpet, item 647136. The catalog pic shows it with longish sleeves down to the elbow which I like but the actual shirt arrived with short stumpy sleeves not even getting to the bicept. 32 you owe me a replacement with the proper sleeve lenght as shown or change the fake picture!”

“I actually love the clothes, design and quality. Have many of their pieces. But in the last several months it seems prices shot up 20-30% across the board. These are casual, fun pieces, not must haves, so I haven't bought anything since. I imagine I will from time to time, but much less.”

“Hi , I recently purchased some T-shirts from you. I liked the designs very much ! But I was a little disapointed in two areas , First the T-shirt could have been a more heavier grade fabric something that will last and feel comfortable, heavy weight T ? Also the silk screening job was mediocre was light in some areas not enough ink quality control maybe ? I mean for the amount of money spent on a print T-shirt I was expecting better from you people especially being hip and cool and in the groove.....yeah . Thank You , Sincerely Paul Mayeda. PS still a fan.”

“The shirt I purchased for my husband was a different color from that which was pictured, so I returned it to exchange for another shirt altogether. A. more accurate photo would have obviated the need for this exchange. Nothing on the exchange form indicated how I should pay the difference, though that information would have been helpful.”

“expensive threads from China. A few items are exceptional, but some aren't even worth trying on and most will turn frumpy after the first wear or shrink after the first wash. Their return policy is exceptional however, so the downside is mitigated.”

“Shirt has an acrid chemical smell that is noticeably apparent while wearing and in closet storage surroundings. FrontButton hole finish sewing inconsistently stitched ragged on couple.”
