I have been a customer with 32 Bar Biues for twenty years and recently purchased some of there merchandise ALL I CAN SAY VERY SUB PAR IN QUALITY AND WHEN I ASKED TO WAIVER THE RETURN FEE THEY REFUSED. I EXPECTED BETTER RESPONSE FOR MY TWENTY PLUS YEARS AS A CUSTOMER. I WILL NEVER PERSHASE ANYTHING FRON THEM AGAIN. PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM YOUR MAILING LIST. I WILL STICK WITH carbon2cobolt and Patrick James instead. !!!!

Ordered a shirt & shorts and was billed almost immediately, notified my product had shipped. 2 1/2 weeks later, still no shipment or tracking info. Called CS - waited forever - finally got a human and was informed "the warehouse" couldn't find the tracking info..... I CANCELLED AND REQUESTED CREDIT AS This IS THE 2nd time THIS HAS HAPPENED. BUYER BEWARE.

Hi Richard, we know lost packages are very frustrating which is why we fully refunded the order after your call. We aren't aware of a similar issue in any of your previous orders. We'd like to look into that further if you could provide more information to our customer service email.

Your delivery is snail pace as USPS delivery was way longer than expected

Hi David, we typically expect packages to be delivered within 5-6 business days with standard shipping. This can vary depending on the exact distance and location it is being shipped to. If you'd like future orders to arrive sooner, we do also offer an expedited shipping service which would be 2-3 business days.

Very nice shirt, have maybe 5 or 7 in my collection. My people that see me wearing it usually very complinentary . Live in south florida so I can wear them all year round . Good stuff , one shirt the button could have been secured better but other than that good stuff

I have not yet received the order I placed a few weeks ago. I was told it was back ordered and might be here by July 25. This was a gift and now it will be very late.

I have spent alot of money with 32 Bar Blues over the years. Several times I have tried to take advantage of various published discounts, and always 32 Bar Blues refuses to honor. Like everything else in California these days, your Company is not trustworthy.

I don't think you'll like my review of my last purchase experience. It prompted me not to buy from 32BB anymore. It was the indigo vest. It arrived with a nasty ink blotch along the upper seam of one of the pockets. I returned it, pointing out the flaw (with pix) and requesting a replacement. A longer-than-usual amount of time passed. I emailed you to see when I might expect it, and was told it would ship soon. The replacement was the exact same vest, with the nasty blotch. I emailed again to express my displeasure and request a different, flaw-free vest. The customer service person responded with some boilerplate about how each piece is individuallly produced and will carry unique markings, although in your catalog blurb no such explanation is included and the vest in the photo looks just right. He wrote about the "replacement" vest as if it was a different one. I sent more pix showing it was the exact same vest. He said if I was dissatisfied with the "replacement" I could return it for a refund. I told him, given that my claim was being ignored and he basically lied to me, I couldn't think of a time I was treated so shabbily by a supposedly reputable, higher-end retailer. And then I stopped buying your stuff. I hope you don't mind if I don't answer your questions below.

I like the selection of clothes but after placing several orders I've come to realize that it's just not worth the money. $130 is a lot to pay for a men's shirt but they charge for shipping where most companies offer free shipping or free shipping over a certain amount. I paid $17 shipping for 2 shirts stuffed in an envelope and another $20 to return one of them. Stupid me for paying these ridiculous prices for clothes.

I have ordered a lot of men's shirts as gifts from 32 Bar Blues over the years. I'm going to stop. The last shirt I ordered cost $135.00. On top of that, I had to pay $15.00 for shipping! The material on the shirt was very heavy and scratchy. It felt like burlap. I returned the shirt and have decided not to buy from them again.

I ordered a shirt $148.00 that is much too big. I have tried repeatedly to contact customer service and have left 2 voicemails and have written 2 emails asking for a return label. I also contacted the ordering line which does answer their phone and they have tried to connect me to customer service but only to a voicemail. I will NEVER order from this company again
