“The natural color is not represented clearly in the catalog or on the website. I appears to be off-white /bone and the fabric was much darker then represented more like a taupe color.”

“The Born boots I ordered fit perfectly and were shipped promptly.Everything I have purchased here is top quality and pretty unique, getting compliments from friends and family. Prices aren't cheap,but quality is high. I wish shipping/handling were less expensive, especially for return customers!”

“Love the styles offered. I think they are on the high side but are often unique. Since I believe we are all Music fans, i wish they would offer more 3X sizes , mostly in the tee shirts. Dont have enough sales in the Final refrain that Carbon to Cobalt has.( I believe they are related) I'll keep buying but always look closer to the prices.”

“Quality products and very stylish. When you have long time customer's maybe you could maybe offer free shipping. When you send your catalogs out, too many times the items were not available. Fix those things and you earn a 5 star review from me!”

“i bought shoes twice they fit just fine i like all the looks of shirts i have two of them but due to my income im not able to affored what i would buy being retired limits my spending would buy more if the shirts wher more afordiful for my buget but what i have bought i really like thank you ...oh buy the way i seen a catalog at a camping site 2 years ago order a catolog orhtwise i would have never seen what you have also customer service on questions on sizes was great thank you kendall de preker”

“I found that what product you had in stock I loved, but it was only 25% of what I wanted to order. Your inventory was very poor and you lost out on a much bigger order. This is the 2nd time this has happend to me.”

“In general the sizes of the shorts are spot on, but the shirts run a bit larger and are difficult to maintain and subsequently don't last as long as I would like. The quality is really good, and when they are new look great.”

“Great. Looking gray boots overall, happy. Not liking the elastic so much would prefer a zipper on the side. And the only other thing I found was had to return 11 and get size 12 a full size larger than I normally wear in boots.”

“The jacket was great . A good fit. The sandals by Born were also great but a size too big. I sent them back to you for an exchange but never heard a word back. As this issue stands this item is still open awaiting your return of a sz 11. A comment or follow up would be appreciated. Mark”

“Greetings More Henleys with texture like the shirt Jump Jack Jump and a long sleeve version of Bassology. More solid color long sleeved shirts WITHOUT button down collars. More pullover shirts with the thin cuffs like Jump Jack Jump. Some leather vests and blue suede ankle boots with soft leather. More jackets with the Henley collar. Thanks for asking. -earl”
