Customer support is very efficient as one of my shipment was returned after one attempt of failed delivery then they asked me to choose between two options of refund or reshipping. That was a effective communication.

The colour I ordered had some quality issues and and I was given the option of either ordering another one or credit in the wallet of the website. I think you should also give the customers the option of refund back to their bank account. That was the only part where I felt disappointed. The fault was at your end and a refund option was not available.
