“Customers like the booths, cleaners like the vinyl. Two very different priorities. Customers get a comfortable booth with a nicer tufted back. Closing staff gets black vinyl they can wipe down without spending forever on it. Everybody gets something. Quick handling and delivery, very good packaging. No complaints at all!”

“The Duna chairs are simple in a good way. Solid wood seat, nice walnut finish, comfortable shape. They don't need much explanation. They look good and feel like proper restaurant chairs. Solid packaging, great service and speedy delivery! Checks all boxes for me :)”

“I could actually find dimensions. I could see finish information and I could narrow down what I wanted before talking to anyone. That meant when I finally called sales, I wasn't asking them to explain their entire catalog to me. We confirmed a few details, checked quantities, and placed the order. Much less painful than some commercial furniture sites I've dealt with.”

“This was a straightforward project that improved the restaurant more than expected. We weren't looking for a complete redesign. We had one section that didn't work very well and wanted to fix it properly. Eleven wood platform booths gave us a cleaner layout, better use of wall space, and seating customers actually seem to prefer. Natural finish fits with the rest of the restaurant without making that area look like a separate renovation. Buying process was easy too. Website helped us narrow down the options, sales checked the measurements with us, and processing moved quickly after approval. Delivery came fast overall, and when we had a question about freight, support got us an answer without making us chase them. After several busy services, quality has been very good. Booths feel solid and the finish is holding up well. For us, that's exactly what a commercial furniture purchase should be.”

“Freight orders always make me nervous. I expected to find at least one scratched frame or damaged wood back with courier delivery. Everything we checked looked good. Chairs and stools were protected properly, and that saved us from dealing with replacements before we'd even opened.”

“The truck arrived later than planned, but support stayed in contact and kept us informed. Everything showed up in perfect condition, so the extra waiting wasn't a huge issue. Nothing fancy. Nothing fragile. Just solid chairs built to handle daily restaurant use. That's all we wanted.”

“Furniture itself deserves five stars. Delivery gets four. We were notified about the delay. But still it was a delay. Truck came later than expected, so we had staff sitting around waiting longer than planned. Everything eventually arrived in really good condition, well packaged and no complaints there.”

“Nothing in our restaurant was terrible before. That was actually the problem. Every time something broke, we replaced one table, one chair, or one stool. After a few years, nothing matched anymore. Everything still worked, but it felt like different restaurants sharing one room. This order finally reset that. The industrial tables became the foundation. Slate chairs gave us a clean, modern look without feeling too industrial because of the natural wood backs. The smaller black tops refreshed corners that had been ignored for years, and the walnut schoolhouse stools finally made the bar feel complete. It wasn't a dramatic renovation. It simply looks like somebody actually planned the room. Big thanks to the whole team Affordable Seating for top service and for all the help!”

“I honestly thought they'd end up as overflow seating but customers keep picking the red chairs! Instead, people keep choosing them. Kids love them, couples seem to drift toward them and somehow they became the most photographed corner of the restaurant. Communication around delivery changed halfway through the week. Not enough to create a disaster, and we had enough time to plan ahead so great communication from their team and good quality and service.”

“Warm tables, not fake rustic!!! That was my biggest worry. “Reclaimed look” can go wrong fast and start looking like a theme restaurant. Delivery was fine, ordered a few weeks ago, delivered with courier as promised, nicely packaged and labeled.”
