“We installed all 22 Ethan stools along a long bar wall, and they look cohesive and clean. Delivery arrived on time, but unloading took a little coordination. Once inside, setup was straightforward.”

“We ordered a mix of small tables, a larger table, and some live edge pieces along with chairs and stools. Overall everything came together nicely. The natural wood finish looks clean and warm, and the industrial chairs fit the space well. The live edge tops turned out great once joined, though that part took some extra planning during install. Once everything was set, the room looked exactly how we hoped. My only complaint are the busy phones. I waited for what seemed to be be ages for someone to finally speak to me. Otherwise, great experience.”

“We brought these chairs in as part of a seating upgrade and overall they’ve been a good choice. The walnut finish looks nice and warm, and the black vinyl keeps everything looking clean. We also added the arms to some chairs and they match well and feel solid. The only small thing was that delivery showed up a day later than expected, which I didn't account for. Once everything arrived though the chairs looked great on the floor and felt sturdy. The problem was the one day delay that caused issues for me. Otherwise, quality furniture.”

“Overall very happy with the quality of these chairs. They have a good weight to them and don’t wobble. One chair had a small scuff on the underside of the seat, not visible during use but noticeable during setup. Sorry, but not a 5 star experience!”

“Good build quality and no major issues so far after a while of solid daily traffic at our place. A bit firmer than upholstered chairs, which we expected. Now the the actual reason I am writing this review, I had to call what I think was 5 times to get someone to pick up the phone! Personally, I don't like ordering on websites. Improve your customer service.”

“We’re happy with the table tops and bases, especially the reversible design which makes cleaning and layout changes easier. The chairs with the orange vinyl seats are comfortable and get a lot of compliments from guests. Assembly took a bit longer than we expected because a few seat holes didn’t line up perfectly, but we eventually got them all in place. We tried emailing a quick question about the best way to tighten the bases and it took a couple days to get a reply. Not a big deal, just slower than we hoped. Furniture itself is definitely worth the price though.”

“I wasn’t sure how the Canary Yellow would look with our decor but it turned out to be perfect. Tracking updates provided regularly and delivery ahead of schedule with courier service. Packaging was really neat and every chair arrived spotless. Only downside is that I had to wait a long time on the phone to order.”

“Rustic patina tops are amazing. Every guest comments on them. A couple of bases needed some quick tightening but nothing I couldn't manage. Good experience overall :)”

“Great value for the quality. Delivery was on time with courier company, driver called ahead to check if we were at the address. I couldn't figure out how to place a customized order on their website and had to call and order through agent.”
