“Been waiting for 10 chairs since April 7, 2026. Every time I call asking where they are they give me a new date in the future. Latest one is July 24. Meanwhile I have outdoor chairs in the dining room of our expanded space. These are not custom chairs.”

“I placed an order for 48 bar stalls on 03/05. The product and price looked good. I received my estimated delivery date 03/27. I did not receive emails with information, so I sent an email and I received a new date of 05/15. Still did not hear anything, so I contacted them again shipment finely shipped out 05/19 and I received it on 05/26. I inspected the outside of all 4 pallets and I did not see a box with hardware in. I contacted cus. service. They said I would have to open all the boxes, because sometime there just put in random boxes. After four hours of unpacking all the boxes still no hardware. I sent an email and contacted cus. service on 05/27/26. Also, there was a slide missing on a base and 12 others damaged. There was also considerable rub marks on the bases where they were stacked together. Bare metal was exposed. Cus. service said they would send out hardware, slides and touchup paint on 05/27. As of 06/01 nothing was sent out. I finely received a shipment on 06/03/26. Slides and touch up paint, but no hardware. I couldn't wait any longer, so I went and purchased my own hardware. Hardware was delivered on 06/05. I already had the bar stools assembled with my own hardware. Also I had an additional 2 hours of touching up paint on the bases. I noticed on my credit card statement there was an additional $128.85 on 06/05 from affordable seating that I didn't agree to. I emailed them and they said it was an additional shipping charge because I was residential and I needed lift gate service. This was incorrect I unloaded product with my forklift and have run a commercial business out of this location for over 20 years. The product is definitely heavy duty this is my positive. All the negatives that I have went through for this order should not have happened. I should of received a credit for all the additional time I have put into this product and all the time I have spent on the phone with customer service. I feel I have been treated very unfairly. I would have a hard time buying product from this company again.”

“Was quoted 2-3 weeks delivery time. Tried to cancel after product had not arrived after 2 months. Was told product had shipped that morning. Received shipping confirmation that the order was picked up one week after trying to cancel. They charged me for the full amount before the product had shipped even though I was told I would be charged the remaining 50% after all product had shipped. Would not recommend.”

“Affordable Seating is really bad company, I don’t think they doing anything business, they just want to steal money from consumers. I ordered 25 chairs online and it was cost about 3500 including, shipping & handling fee $372.57. When I ordered it online during the January, I never received any response from them by any email or phone call, so I called them and got response say be delivered on March 10. Okay good. But when I got the order delivered, they sent me all wrong colors, and I contacted them again got results was the color I chose not any more, so , they just chose the color they have and delivered to me without giving me any information , and I contacted them , said, will sending me some others colors to change it without any charges , okay, so happy that they can change it, but later they charged my credit card over 100 dollars without any noticed, just charging my credit card. Really bad service and experience, bad business”

“Absolutely atrocious. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. I’m pretty sure the people trying to run this business has no experience or knowledge in manufacturing or logistics. I’m sure “Eric” will continue to fight with people online, but at a point, when you have such overwhelming negative reviews, you have to ask yourself, am I the problem?”
