“Didn’t want another batch of chairs with hard seats, so I kept coming back to these black vinyl ones. Happy with the choice now that I’ve actually sat in them. The frame finish also hides the slightly industrial look better than I expected. Website was straightforward to browse, although I called before paying because I wanted to check my selection. Helpful person on the other end. Delivery arrived safely, and we had the chairs in place that afternoon. I’ve stopped thinking about replacing the old seating, which is probably the best thing I can say.”

“With wood chairs, metal chairs, upholstered seats and stools on the same order, I expected checking the delivery to take a while. It did take some time, but we weren’t dealing with wrong finishes or missing pieces. That mattered more to me than anything. Before dispatch, support helped answer our receiving questions so we knew what to arrange. Shipment came within the expected window. I’m usually the person left sorting out purchasing problems, so I was relieved to get this checked off and let everyone else argue about where the red chairs should go.”

“Forty-four table tops is enough that you start worrying about consistency. One nice top in a photograph doesn't tell you what a whole dining room will look like. I wanted the walnut finish to work across the room without everything looking flat or identical, and these elm tops turned out to be a really good choice. There is character in the wood, but the overall color works together. Paired with the black metal frames, they give us the warmer industrial look we were trying to achieve. Nothing feels overly decorative, which suits our place. Sales was patient while we worked through the order. I had questions about the 30-inch table height and how the frames would fit into our layout, and those were answered clearly. Shipping was quick, the freight arrangements were explained, and the liftgate made receiving the order more manageable. We still had our own people ready to move everything inside, of course. Good furniture, helpful people and a delivery we could actually plan around.”

“Choosing furniture takes me longer than it should. I compare everything, leave it for a few days, then start comparing again. These chairs kept making it back onto the shortlist, so we finally ordered 37 in cherry with black frames. Sales was helpful when we finalized the details, and delivery went smoothly. The room looks good, everyone here is happy with the choice, and I can stop looking at chair listings for a while.”

“Let me share my experience with Affordable Seating. The company has failed to deliver order #184004 more than five times. We paid in full over $17,000 in June 2026, but as of early October 2026, the order is still incomplete. Initially, I confirmed there were no issues with the order and that the furniture was in production. We notified all parties about the shipment window well in advance via calls and email. Throughout the process, I sent reminders to the shipping and sales teams, as well as later to the shipping brokers, but the delivery continued to be delayed. The estimated delivery dates shifted from mid-August to early September, then mid-September, and finally the end of September. When the shipment was finally sent, the delivery address was incorrect. I notified the company by phone and email and was assured it was corrected, but it was not. We had to make multiple calls and send multiple emails to fix the address, which caused further delays. When we finally received a shipment, only 25% of the order arrived. When we contacted the company, we learned the address for the second pallet was also incorrect. After we resolved this together, the second shipment arrived four days later with just another 25% of the order, with no notification that it would be incomplete again. At this point, I contacted Affordable Seating's customer service daily. The logistics team asks me to wait while they try to resolve the delivery issues. I planned to open the restaurant in two weeks, or at least be ready for a soft opening, but our business is now in limbo because of these failures. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Affordable Seating. No matter how pleasant could be the sales staff or how affordable the prices are, it means nothing if you don't receive your product. I would rate their shipping performance "zero stars" if I could, and only give "one star" for the effort of a few team members who tried to help. As a responsible customer, I will leave a review on every platform available to warn other business owners. I hope no one else finds themselves unable to open their business due to such avoidable delays. Please make better choices than I did, and I wish you success in your business.”

“Our bar gets a lot of use, so I spent more time on the stools than I did on anything else in this order. I like the look of the walnut finish, and the padded backs give the main bar area a different feel from the solid-seat Duna stools. Service answered my questions before purchase, and delivery arrived in good time. I looked at more decorative booth styles, but I kept coming back to the plain-back design.”

“We were ordering tables, booths, chairs, and additional wood tops at the same time so it is an understatement I was a little nervous about how the how the entire would look together and if it would arrive on on time and without damages or scuff marks. Needless to say, I my worry was not needed. Every piece was packaged properly, labeled and arrived without a single day of delay. The service at Affordable Seating helped us keep the order straight so we got exactly what we needed. They didn't try to oversell us. From browsing their site, to first call and delivery 5 stars from us”

“We were changing a section that had never quite felt finished. These chairs made the biggest visual difference. The table frames were part of the same order, which saved me from juggling separate purchases while we were getting the area ready.
