“Warm tables, not fake rustic!!! That was my biggest worry. “Reclaimed look” can go wrong fast and start looking like a theme restaurant. Delivery was fine, ordered a few weeks ago, delivered with courier as promised, nicely packaged and labeled.”

“One box had us checking labels longer than we wanted. Nothing missing, no damage, just a little confusion during receiving. With 38 chairs, small confusion gets annoying fast. Support helped confirm everything, and once we got them all placed, chairs looked great. Medium oak and Sterling vinyl were both right. I would call it a good order with one irritating receiving moment.”

“On paper, 34 wood platform booths and 32 plain-back booths looked simple enough. In real life, that is a lot of booth seating to receive and organize. A few pieces took extra checking when they came off the truck, and that slowed us down. Service helped confirm the order was complete, so nothing was actually missing. I was not sure about mixing natural wood booths with black upholstered plain-back booths. I thought it might look like two different projects but I am happy with the final result.”

“Forty three table bases felt like a boring purchase. Then we installed them and realized how much the old setup had been annoying everyone. Now the booths have their own area, the mahogany chairs carry the main floor, and the walnut tops make the smaller tables look intentional. The four slate chairs add a little break in the pattern. The tables sit where they are supposed to sit now. Staff noticed that before customers did. The service rep confirmed the 30-inch height before it shipped, and I am glad they did because fixing that mistake afterward would have been a nightmare. The freight side took some coordination, but we got enough heads-up to clear space. The service team also helped us go through the mixed order before it shipped, which kept us from guessing later.”

“Been waiting for 10 chairs since April 7, 2026. Every time I call asking where they are they give me a new date in the future. Latest one is July 24. Meanwhile I have outdoor chairs in the dining room of our expanded space. These are not custom chairs.”

“Fifty bolt-down bases sounds like the least exciting purchase ever. It also ended up being one of the most useful. The tables feel more secure now, and the floor plan looks cleaner. The delivery schedule did not throw us off, and customer service helped with the boring details that actually mattered. Very happy with the service from Affordable Seating, their support and sales team, and the courier company delivery time!”

“We did not remodel. We did not repaint. We did not touch the floors. We changed the tables, bases, and bar stools, and somehow the whole place looks more put together. The delivery updates came early enough for us to plan the swap in sections instead of tearing the room apart all at once. Service was good too. We had a couple of questions before everything shipped, and the answers were clear enough that we did not have to keep calling back.”

“The freight arrived in good timing, and the service side helped us with the basic questions before shipping. The whole order felt more organized than I expected. Stack chairs can sometimes look like backup seating. These do not. They fit the room well enough to use every day, but we still have the flexibility to stack and move them when needed. This sounds small, but it matters for us.”

“I was nervous about ordering this many red stools. One or two red seats is easy. Forty-eight is a statement. In the actual room, though, it looks better than I imagined. The delivery stayed on schedule, and customer service was easy to deal with when we had questions. The color gives the bar personality without making it look cheap or loud.”

“We went back and forth on upholstery colors, then decided black was probably the smarter move for our place. It has been easy to keep clean, and the tufting gives the booths a little detail without making them look too fancy. “We had to follow up once to get an answer about the delivery timing, which was a little frustrating. Once we reached support, though, they were super helpful and gave us the information we needed and that is what you expect from sales and support teams. The stools themselves were exactly what we expected. Quality is superb, and delivery was done without a single day delay. Expect more orders from us in the future. Big thanks from Mark”

“We had too many tables with small issues. Nothing dramatic, but enough little problems that staff were constantly shifting tables, checking bases, or apologizing when one moved slightly during a meal. It became one of those annoying things everyone knew about but nobody had time to fix properly. The new 3-step bases and bolt-down bases gave us a much better foundation. The round bases cleaned up the appearance of the dining floor, while the bolt-down bases gave us stability in the areas that get the most traffic. It was not the kind of order customers would get excited about, but our servers noticed immediately. Delivery support also did a good job of keeping us informed, which mattered because we had a lot of heavy pieces arriving at once.”
