“The industrial style metal chairs have the kind of simple design that works in a lot of settings. Delivery was a few days ahead of quoted date, supe wall packaged. Basically, we needed something flexible, durable-looking, and easy to pair with different finishes, and these did the job.”

“Ordered on their website wood ladder back bar stools, reclaimed look laminate table tops, red backless bolt down swivel stools, and wood ladder back chair. Quality is commercial, easy to see with materials and fabrics. Well-built! The sales team helped us confirm the order before it went out. “Was quoted 2-3 weeks delivery time. Tried to cancel after product had not arrived after 2 months. Was told product had shipped that morning. Received shipping confirmation that the order was picked up one week after trying to cancel. They charged me for the full amount before the product had shipped even though I was told I would be charged the remaining 50% after all product had shipped. Would not recommend.”

“Honestly, this one was easier than most large orders we have dealt with. Tracking came through early, delivery stayed on course and nobody had to spend half the day calling for updates. By the time the shipment arrived, we already knew what to expect and unloading went better than planned. What I appreciated most, though, was the service. The sales team was easy to work with.
