“I bought a large batch of restaurant furniture from Affordable Seating, to be precise: ladder back chairs and bar stools for our restaurant. And overall I was really happy with my experience, from my call with Dan I think from sales, then later with Eric to confirm delivery and if we are satisfied. to the general flow this company has from the moment you call. Now to the upsides of the furniture: the silver frame looks clean and modern without feeling too flashy, and the black vinyl seats are comfortable for all kinds of customers, and we have a busy place, with different customers, from fast to family gatherings and small weddings. The only part that was a bit annoying for me and that slowed us down a bit was attaching the seats since they come unattached. I did not know that. It wasn’t hard, just a little time consuming and I wasn't expecting it. Both me and the team here thinks that after a few months of daily use they are holding up well, and I would add that considering our traffic they still look brand new! For the price and quality, I’d definitely order them again. Affordable Seating is a world class restaurant furniture store with top sales and support teams, commercial quality products and best delivery times. I did not expect this level of service and quality! Thanks again”

“Absolutely atrocious. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. I’m pretty sure the people trying to run this business has no experience or knowledge in manufacturing or logistics. I’m sure “Eric” will continue to fight with people online, but at a point, when you have such overwhelming negative reviews, you have to ask yourself, am I the problem?”

“The booths look fantastic and feel very solid, what I am giving 3 stars is of the lack of fabric options that would fit my ambiance and style of venue, in my opinion. I couldn't find the tone I wanted but I opted for something that matches closely. Nevertheless, great service and quality.”

“I wasn’t sure how the Canary Yellow would look with our decor but it turned out to be perfect. Tracking updates provided regularly and delivery ahead of schedule with courier service. Packaging was really neat and every chair arrived spotless. Only downside is that I had to wait a long time on the phone to order.”

“If anyone is looking for a reliable commercial stool with a premium look, Affordable Seating has a great selection, with lots of finishes, colors and materials. The black finish has a professional feel and the seat padding and we picked it with Jeff's help also it is supportive but not too soft. Mine was a stress free buying experience with excellent customer service and support, super fast delivery time and even better product quality!”
