“I liked that this order didn’t turn into a whole side project. I ordered x prong bases and bolt down bases. Both showed up together, without delays or damage and were ready to place. Simple, but that matters.”

“We were honestly expecting at least a couple issues with a shipment this size, but it went way smoother than expected. The walnut bar stools looked really good once we started unpacking everything and the black table tops came in without scratches, which surprised me a bit. We basically unpacked a few boxes after delivery and realized everything looked fine after that we stop worrying. You can expect a lot more orders from us. Great experience from first call to the very end of us putting all of the furniture into place.”

“This felt more like a “set it and forget it” order. Didn’t need to keep tabs on it constantly. When it arrived, everything was perfect. Furniture quality is commercial grade, feels durable, fabrics and materials are high level, and nothing went wrong, nothing needed fixing or adjusting. Everything from the booths to the table bases and stack chairs! That’s honestly what stood out the most.”

“What I noticed first was how quickly everything arrived. We were expecting a longer lead time, but the shipment moved fast and showed up well organized. “Delivery day went much better because of the lift gate option, and our order was delivered ahead of scheduled quote. For a bigger order like ours with a lot of button tufted back booth units and table bases, that made a real difference. The driver was super pleasant. On another note, Affordable Seating's support team is great. They helped a lot with picking the products on site, and with tracking the other. 5 star across the board”
