“We brought these chairs in as part of a seating upgrade and overall they’ve been a good choice. The walnut finish looks nice and warm, and the black vinyl keeps everything looking clean. We also added the arms to some chairs and they match well and feel solid. The only small thing was that delivery showed up a day later than expected, which I didn't account for. Once everything arrived though the chairs looked great on the floor and felt sturdy. The problem was the one day delay that caused issues for me. Otherwise, quality furniture.”

“This order worked well for us overall. The elongated metal chairs feel sturdy and the clear coat finish looks clean and modern. The live edge table tops arrived in good condition and the wood grain looks even better in person. One small issue we ran into was that delivery arrived a day later than scheduled, which meant we had to push our setup back. Once everything arrived, installation went smoothly and the quality was exactly what we were hoping for. Other than that, the quality has been very good.”

“Installation was straightforward and they lined up perfectly with our existing bases. I just wish the edges were slightly more rounded. Delivery ahead of time with courier company. Even got a call to check if the new date works for me. Very satisfied overall. Durable, easy to clean, and they give our patio a polished look without needing much upkeep. Customer service reached out to check over the phone and mail to see if I was satisfied with my order. BIG PLUS!”

“Overall very happy with the quality of these chairs. They have a good weight to them and don’t wobble. One chair had a small scuff on the underside of the seat, not visible during use but noticeable during setup. Sorry, but not a 5 star experience!”

“Great team and top products! Everything arrived in good condition and the quality feels solid. The wood saddle stools are comfortable and guests like the simple look. We did try calling customer service with a quick question and the phones were busy, but we got help later as they called us to check up on the shipment.”

“Good build quality and no major issues so far after a while of solid daily traffic at our place. A bit firmer than upholstered chairs, which we expected. Now the the actual reason I am writing this review, I had to call what I think was 5 times to get someone to pick up the phone! Personally, I don't like ordering on websites. Improve your customer service.”

“We’ve been testing their chairs in our restaurant for a few weeks now and they’re AWESOME (vertical slat wood chairs in walnut with the cobalt upholstery). We also appreciate having extra upholstery material since we plan to re-do our bench seating next. The customer service line was a bit backed up when we called to ask about care instructions. Not a huge deal, just something that stood out. Delivery was super fast. Otherwise the chairs are great and guests seem to really like them.”

“We’re happy with the table tops and bases, especially the reversible design which makes cleaning and layout changes easier. The chairs with the orange vinyl seats are comfortable and get a lot of compliments from guests. Assembly took a bit longer than we expected because a few seat holes didn’t line up perfectly, but we eventually got them all in place. We tried emailing a quick question about the best way to tighten the bases and it took a couple days to get a reply. Not a big deal, just slower than we hoped. Furniture itself is definitely worth the price though.”
