“I was ready to place the order online, but we had enough different pieces that I decided to call first. I am glad I did. The sales rep helped confirm the booth count, the bar stool quantity, and how the table bases would fit into the layout. They did not overcomplicate it. “At first I was focused mostly on the booths, but the slate metal chairs ended up tying the whole thing together. This was a lot of furniture coming in at once, so we cleared out space in the back and expected a long, messy day. It was more organized than we had planned for. We received enough tracking information to have the right people there, and the pieces were easy to identify as we brought them inside. The booths were protected properly, the chair boxes were manageable, and the bases were not mixed into a confusing pile. We were able to get most of the room back together before the end of the day.”

“I did not think the bases would change the look of the room much, but they actually did. The spider style has a simple shape that makes the tables feel less bulky underneath. The floor looks more open, and it is easier for staff to sweep around them at the end of the night. They also look sturdy on the site, which was the main reason we ordered them (and they are sturdy). We wanted something that looked clean but could handle normal restaurant use, and these have done both.”

“I was a little unsure about mixing walnut elm tops with mahogany and black reversible tops. On a screen, it felt like it might be too many finishes. Once everything was in the restaurant, it made more sense. The darker wood tones work together without looking identical, and the black side of the round tops keeps the room from becoming too brown. Handling and delivery were fast, and the sales rep was helpful when we asked about the combination before ordering.”

“We were replacing a mix of old laminate tops, and I did not expect the change to stand out as much as it did. The natural wood finish gave the room some warmth without making it look overly rustic. The 30x30 size worked well for our two-top layout, and the eased edges make them feel a little more finished than the basic tops we had before. Sales helped us confirm the quantity before we placed the order, which was useful since we needed a lot of them. Delivery came sooner than expected, so we were able to start the update right away.”

“The liftgate service was one of those things that seemed like a small detail when we placed the order, but it mattered a lot once the truck showed up. We had several heavy pieces coming in, and unloading them from the back of a truck without help would have been a headache. The delivery went quickly, and nothing felt chaotic. Sales recommended it for our order, and they were right.”

“We had stools, booths, table tops, bases, and a couple of armchairs in the same shipment, so I expected the delivery day to be a lot more complicated. Basically we got tracking updates a few times, no delays, packaging was great, no damage on any of the pieces. The entire process felt as pain free as it can be. Expect more orders from us :)”

“Most of the order was for table bases, but I actually liked the black aluminum armchair more than I expected. It is light enough to move easily, but it does not feel flimsy. The website made it easy to find the base size we needed, and the sales team helped with the final questions before ordering. “The shipment included a lot of booth seating, so we had to make sure we had enough people ready for unloading. The tracking information was clear and stayed updated, which helped us plan ahead. The larger pieces were wrapped securely, and nothing looked rushed when we unpacked everything. We were able to start setting up right away. That made a big difference because we were trying to finish the update without disrupting service for too long.”

“I placed an order for 48 bar stalls on 03/05. The product and price looked good. I received my estimated delivery date 03/27. I did not receive emails with information, so I sent an email and I received a new date of 05/15. Still did not hear anything, so I contacted them again shipment finely shipped out 05/19 and I received it on 05/26. I inspected the outside of all 4 pallets and I did not see a box with hardware in. I contacted cus. service. They said I would have to open all the boxes, because sometime there just put in random boxes. After four hours of unpacking all the boxes still no hardware. I sent an email and contacted cus. service on 05/27/26. Also, there was a slide missing on a base and 12 others damaged. There was also considerable rub marks on the bases where they were stacked together. Bare metal was exposed. Cus. service said they would send out hardware, slides and touchup paint on 05/27. As of 06/01 nothing was sent out. I finely received a shipment on 06/03/26. Slides and touch up paint, but no hardware. I couldn't wait any longer, so I went and purchased my own hardware. Hardware was delivered on 06/05. I already had the bar stools assembled with my own hardware. Also I had an additional 2 hours of touching up paint on the bases. I noticed on my credit card statement there was an additional $128.85 on 06/05 from affordable seating that I didn't agree to. I emailed them and they said it was an additional shipping charge because I was residential and I needed lift gate service. This was incorrect I unloaded product with my forklift and have run a commercial business out of this location for over 20 years. The product is definitely heavy duty this is my positive. All the negatives that I have went through for this order should not have happened. I should of received a credit for all the additional time I have put into this product and all the time I have spent on the phone with customer service. I feel I have been treated very unfairly. I would have a hard time buying product from this company again.”
