“New Wetroom WOW, What a Great Experience Our bathroom was fitted October 2024 & we just wanted to say what a fantastic job the men did. We are delighted with the finished project. The team were a credit to your company. The way they worked, for the hours they did. They arrived when they said they would & did everything they said they would. They consulted us at every stage. You should be congratulated on your workforce. From our very first contact with the Company through to my final payment, communication has been superb. All staff extremely friendly, approachable & knowledgeable. A small Company with whom it has been a pleasure dealing with.”

“A first class company producing superb results. At the outset a quote was provided by a fully qualified surveyor so no unexpectef increases. Each product to be used is fully discussed and agreed. The fitting by Lee was excellent. He was very skilled and good natured. He worked long hours supported by Andy the elecrician as required. It took them just three days to fit a completely new bathroom which in the end exceeded our expectations. They were both clean and tidy and we would not have known they had been in attendance when they left us.”

“Brilliant from start to finish. We didn't have to worry about anything. All rubbish was removed, no mess left overnight. Bathroom fitter was polite and made a brilliant job, I would definitely recommend Age Care Bathrooms.”

“Poor workmanship and lack of skills resulted in flooding bringing down ceiling in study and an unneccessary pump. A local plumber and builder corrected the botched plumbing (giving a perfectly draining shower without need of a pump - something which you, with your claimed expertise, could not achieve) and repaired the ceiling. The study need redecoration. See my complaining e-mails to you at the time. It cost me something over £1000 to put matters right. There were further, possibly at lest partially consequent problems and even greater expense. I should have pursued you for compensation, but frankly the gilt had been so taken off the gingerbread of my new shower room that I just wanted to put it all behind me. I would have left it at that, but since you have (perhaps unwisely since you were aware of my complaint) asked for a review, here it is. This is for Age Care Bathrooms only; not for wider publication.”

“I find it impossible, under any circumstances, to recommend this company. The whole process of constructing this wet room was an absolute, chaotic mess from the outset. Two, arriving on Monday morning from 40 miles away, turned out to be one from 200 miles away on Monday evening. The first time we used the wet room we watched the water, instead of running toward the drain plug, run the other way towards the bedroom door and onto the bedroom floor and carpet, where it collected and seeped through the ceiling and onto the kitchen floor below. Use of a spirit level might have avoided this. The waste water pump, for which we were being charged, had not beed fitted as it was not needed. Age Care Bathrooms response? Telephone. We employed our own independent plumber who explained the problem. Nobody in person until they sent the same fitter to rectify the damage!! Age Care Bathrooms is a misnomer. This company left two 86 years old pensioners feeling totally abandoned and stressed for four weeks. AGE yes CARE no Don’t expect an isolation valve, even though you have asked for one.”

“I was very happy with the service I got from Age Care - starting with my first enquiry, through the decision making to the installation itself. The team were pleasant to deal with and the fitters tried to make the experience as stress free as possible. The bathroom itself has made things so much easier for my mum and I'd happily recommend Age Care to anyone considering an easy access bathroom.”

“Age Care was the only bathroom company we could find who was able to fulfil our fairly complicated design brief. They did this brilliantly and with minimum fuss or mess. The end result has been excellent - a wet room with shower, Japanese style toilet, sink, illuminated mirror on cabinet, heated towel rail, excellent wall boarding and non-slip floor.”

“Excellent from start to finish, they done the work while we had a few days away and we came back to a finished bathroom with no mess left at all. The bathroom design they came up with has worked out really well. We did have one small problem that was our own fault because we had decided not to have a new shower pump fitted at time of install, but when a project developed they came out within 2 days and supplied and fitted a new pump completely free of charge.”
