“I am very pleased with the bathroom, which was installed quickly and efficiently by the fitter. A walk-in bath has made a massive difference to my comfort every day. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“Age Care Bathrooms converted a small 1940s bathroom into a very stylish modern wet room. I am an 80year old above knee amputee and the wet room has made a fantastic difference to my life. The transformation was done by one man in less than four days. He transformed everything from floor to ceiling and my wife and I hardly knew he was in the house. Fantastic.”

“Age Care Bathrooms designed and fitted a wet room for my 90 year old father in law in his oddly shaped existing bathroom. They made the best use of space whilst always meeting his needs. I found them very easy to deal with and very helpful with his constant requests for slight alterations to the design. The installation was also done very well and has been in use for the past two years with absolutely no problems. I would highly recommend Age Care Bathrooms.”

“The design was carefully discussed with us. The workmen installed everything within four days, and were polite and considerate. They cleaned up after they had finished. We think they did an excellent job and would definitely recommend them to other customers.”

“Central heating system not bled resulting in wrecked pump and no heating over a cold December weekend. Toilet bidet incorrectly connected to house water supply instead of mains. All rectified by Age Care Bathrooms, without quibble, but the worst part of my dealings with the company was the attitude of a person I was given to understand was at a high level within the company. After ascertaining with Age Clare Bathrooms the correct email address I should use to make a complaint, he telephoned me saying I had made a complaint that had been seen by everyone in the company. The telephone call was followed up that day by an unexpected doorstep visit in which he reiterated his complaints. He was rude, belligerent and domineering , saying 'these things happen'. I had to ask him”

“Excellent service. We changed our upstairs bathroom flooring as we prefer non slip cap’n’cove flooring in our walk in shower. Age Care were fantastic and guided us through the whole process. Mollie, who we spoke with over email, was fantastic. Our fitter, Owen, was a pleasure and gave great advice on what the best plan was for our flooring. Honestly, everyone we spoke with from start to finish were kind and very professional. Would highly recommend.”

“Due to my husband’s mobility and health problems, it became apparent that we needed a safer and more accessible bathroom. After looking at various Companies advertising bathrooms etc, we decided to contact Age Care Bathrooms. However, as they were so far away from us here in Worcester, we didn’t think they would be interested in travelling so far. From the moment we contacted them, we were extremely impressed with the professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness of the people we were involved with. The Designer, Emily (our point of contact), Lee and Adam (fitters) and Harry (Electrician) were all fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Lee and Adam were extremely hard working, punctual, caring - I could go on and on, but in nutshell ACB are outstanding in all respects, and we are over the moon with our new bathroom. Our grateful thanks to all of the team.”

“The workmaanship has on each occasion been excellent. Good, helpful and friendly workers. My wife was especially pleased because there was little if any mess left to clear up. MY ONE SMALL MATTER OF CONCERN, WE COULD WISH TO HAVE HAD A SLIGHTLY BETTER NON-SLIP FLOOR IN THE SHOWER.”
