“My whole experience with getting my new wet room designed and installed by Age Care Bathrooms was very positive. From the initial survey with Barry, who was very helpful and knowledgeable, to the final installation by Scott I was very impressed by the professionalism and care of their team. I would highly recommend them to my friends.”

“5* review from us as we had an excellent service from my initial phone enquiry to after care call back. Everyone one we spoke to and dealt with was professional caring and considerate. The installation was mind blowing a complete refurbishment in 3days left us with an immaculate bathroom and not a speck of dust or waste left behind. Communication throughout was as promised and consistent. Advice given was spot on and proved to be 100% correct for our needs both now and future proof. Highly recommended 👍”

“I cannot praise this company highly enough. From start to finish they were professional reliable and incredibly helpful in making decisions about plans for changing my bathroom. On site the engineer who installed my bathroom was excellent. Not only was quality delivered but the speed of installation was so appreciated. I can highly recommend this company.”

“The work was planned and executed without fuss. I had two bathrooms done one year and the next year a small downstairs loo. The work was completed quickly and the finish was excellent. Highly recommended.”

“Amazing service from start to finish . My father is so grateful of workmanship ,the finish of the goods and the support shown to him by the team . I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone because they are brilliant in what they do. They listen to you in what you need and make suggestions which you haven't thought of. My father is loving his new wetroom and is meeting all his needs . Thank you.”

“The floor is great, no issues there at all The new toilet seat—as recommended by the suppliers of the toilet—is not satisfactory. If one accidentally leans back, the lid pops off; it is connected to the seat only by small plastic jaws. Also, and more troublesome, the angle of sitting leaves a mess to clean off the pan after defaecation, which is a pest. Thankfully, I have another toilet I can use but it is in a very small chamber rather than in the spacious bathroom I paid well to refurbish. Hence, my less-than-glowing feedback.”

“New items damaged before installation, new floor marked, sealant and panels not finished off. Took five days to complete. Needed to have a further three days to put the job to how it should be but is is not what we expected. Staff have done all they can to rectify matters .”

“The rep came and visitied us and mesured up the bathroom. He gave good advice and sorted everything for our needs. We only waited a few weeks before the fitters arrived. They arrived on the Tuesday and was gone by 4pm on the Thursday. Totaly stripped everything out and turned the room into a wet room. Very friendly, cleaned up as they went along and left everything tidy. You are defifinetly paying for a high standard of work and great quality products. Would highly recomend. Make sure your have the buscuits in for the fitters.”
