“The Organization Development certificate was very comprehensive including courses on Organizational Development, Organizational Design, HR Operating Models, and Organizational Culture. The case studies were interesting, relevant, and fun. The exam, in my opinion was more academic than practical, and it was difficult. I took detailed notes throughout the program and I had to take it twice to pass, and still missed some answers. Overall, I loved the program and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to increase their knowledge and expertise in Organizational Design, Development, and Culture.”
