“This program is great for learning context and theory for OD. I do recommend having HR experience having previously being embedded in the business to make application most meaningful. I have some items I'll be taking away and using in my role in OD, which was the goal! Thanks AIHR!”

“Training materials and courses were great! A lot of information, some basics as well as advanced stuff. I didn't like though that my progress was reset automatically just because some part of the course was updated. Also, I think for the exam it would be good to implement more questions with additional screenshots and examples to make them more interactive and based on user's understanding, not simply trying to memorize the definitions and select the most appropriate answer.”

“Great courses. Very informative and practical. There is good coverage of analytics (statistical analysis) vs learning how to use the required tools. How best to display different types of statistics are also covered. My two main points of possible improvement would be : A) More focus on effective dashboard layout and a bit more information on drill-through filters in reports and designing "detail" reports that provide more detail on certain views in the main report. B) In capstone projects or online exercises where input must be entered in response to a question, the questions could sometimes be a little confusing in the way they were phrased. I did not having any problems understanding the sentence structure for the questions contained in the Final Exam however. One final note, the course doesn't really cover logistic regression or other regression techniques. This could perhaps be useful. Thank you for the great content!”
