“The learning material is overall easy to grasp and concepts are explained in detail. I liked that the learning was bite sized and didn't take much time . The additional reading material was helpful. Learning could really does take place at the learners own pace i enjoyed that. In addition to these i have learning material to refer to if i want to recap”

“This was my first course since I joined AIHR. As it is a pain point in my current company, I needed to check if there is anything else I can do to achieve better results. I was happy to receive confirmation that I was doing things right. During this course, I gained a better understanding of KPIs and OKRs. I will definitely incorporate 3C into my company's performance management policy.”

“I was a bit overwhelmed with the language used or simply put HR Talk. It took me a while to get comfortable with the topic since i am not in top management. This was something new in terms or thinking strategically. I love the fact that you could get reading materials and handouts after listening to the videos . After reading i could understand better what message the facilitaor want toed to convey.”
