“I found these modules to be very relevant and practical about how we can ensure that the Employee Expereince is enhanced and kept at the best EX. We often just provide a report on staff turnover, this module taught me that Staff/Employee turn over should not be looked at as a norm and a BAU experience, the corse help identify some of the initiatives that within the Organisation (division) can be considered to enhance the employee experience that leads to making it difficult for employees to want to leave your organisation.”
