“One word that can be described my experiences so far is "wow" ; why? By participating in this certification programes i got a lot of knowledges, best practices, resources, etc. that boost my career in HR. Need to be improved is more into how AIHR can summarize the key takeaways each lessons that really important and urgent that need to be noted by participants especially for maximizing the impact of practical operations.”

“While some of this information was helpful-the speakers and presentations weren't overly engaging for much of the content. Some of the exam questions were missing words in the answers and answers were misleading and had possibilities for multiple answers in real-world applications--not everything is one size fits all as this course leads you to believe and not all industries work the way this course wants to lead you to believe. Overall useful, but won't take other courses with this!”

“This course containted a lot of important information on job responsibilities an HR in a startup-scale up has. A lot of materials were covered and the course was lenghtly, sometimes I found it hard to keep engaged and the final exam was rather hard IMHO. It didn't connect well with the lessons as it was significantly harder. I think it's a good course overall, if you're starting your HR career in a company where there aren't other HR professionals in your company, this should be your go to. However if you're a junior HR generalist and you have another HR person in the team I find that the knowleadge offered in this course is better gained through mentorship and experience.”
